Vudu used to but the option is gone. I feel like once I got the new dashboard uhd vanished vudu wise.

They really should have figured out some uhd options with the Xbox movies and tv app when they launched the One S.

This is from my XBOX-S Vudu, I bought Fantastic Beast and I pulled up XXX and it has the UHD Option for Rent or Own.

Am understanding this right? Uhd is only showing up after you bought a movie?

The UHD Movies I buy on Vudu are under Showcase... I go to the UHD Option, purchase, then you see the portion that's highlighted UHD on the last PICTURE I posted, that gives you the option to watch in UHD, HD, OR SD.

I don't have the uhd option on any title. I checked xxx last night.

So the screen I posted for XXX with the UHD Option, doesn't come up for you at all?

I just started the app to check and now uhd is there for some titles. So weird. I haven't had the option to rent uhd for weeks.

Gonna be like that for a while unfortunately. Same thing as when blu ray was new. Until 4k is selling a ton it will be overpriced.

I'm probably the only one who rents in SD!!! LOL. Anything more, I just buy the DVD instead. Logan on Tuesday and John Wick Chapter 2 on June 13th.

I can't even watch sd now haha. I stayed at a house last week that had flat screens and no hd package. Was watching game 6 of Celtics/wizards and it was so blurry. Unwatchable at this point. Could barely tell what was going on.

Oh wow. I can easily watch SD content on Netflix on my laptop or when renting movies on my 4KTV via XBL/PSN. Thankfully, not blurry at all.

Luckily my local video store just started carrying 4K movies.

I'm sure Netflix and movies are better than TNTs cable feed. Although I'm not sure why your subjecting yourself to SD when you have a 4K tv. I just couldn't believe how bad it was. Actually just remembered I took a picture.
