I wonder since Sony had Holliday 2013 if Microsoft will try to beat them to the punch by releasing it earlier depending on how ready the console is.

I don't see that. That would show MS feeling that their product is inferior. The xbox gained much ground this generation. But something that is oftentimes hyped and then deflated is these exclusives. MS makes these announcements like it's major, the guy announcing it wears a fake smile and nods while he gets low applause. They are never as big a deal as they'd like us to believe.

Hopefully this means that the build quality will be better. I've had three 360's RROD on me, and two controllers go due to buttons. Factor in the price of some of the newer controllers, and it isn't an easy replacement.

I'm almost positive that this is against the law. Don't quote me on that, but I have this sneaking suspicion that I remember something about these type of deals being illegal in the American market place.

I was talking about trying to make EA games (including sports) only for xbox.

I don't know where you're getting the idea that that is going to happen. Microsoft would have to pay a lot of money to offset what EA makes publishing games on all the other platforms.

What more do you want?!? Kinect 2.0 will be able to watch us have intimate relations with our significant other, record them and send them to Microsoft. Microsoft paid EA enough money to offer their games for exclusively for 2.99 to digital subscribers and you can't play games on the Xbox 720 unless you stand in front of it and make an old 56K screaching modem sound.
