Re: Xbox One
Yeah, they also took out the "free play" mode where you're able to take any car you want out to any track whenever you want. Now you can only use the cars in your own garage, none of which you get for free anymore, hence the grind.Comment

Re: Xbox One
Live TV on Xbox One will have no ability to access your DVR'd content at launch. You would need to use your DVR's remote control.
FWIW - I started a thread for folks to ask me Xbox One Live TV questions: http://www.operationsports.com/forum...-xbox-one.htmlComment

Re: Xbox One
With the news of Gran Turismo and Forza 5 having these ludicrous micro transactions I am really beginning to worry about the direction of video games. If these games were free, that would be one thing. These games are going to be $60 up front AND include micro transactions AND expensive DLC??YNWAComment

Re: Xbox One
That math is terrible, though. I hope they fix it for those that will plop down real money.

Re: Xbox One
No, there's no way to get that data from the box.

Re: Xbox One
Its time for you to stop it and post on the subject of the Xbox one and off of the posters in the thread.
If anyone has violated the TOS then the mods will deal with it, but as is, if you continue to derail the thread calling people fanboys over and again you'll be banned for trolling.
Lets get back to the topic at hand.Last edited by Hunkerdown; 11-21-2013, 02:08 PM.Comment

Re: Xbox One
That's really disappointing. I rarely bought cars in that game unless I wanted something specific. Most of the time I rolled with the level gifts or sold them to fund for other cars.

Re: Xbox One
Always been my policy on DLC as well. If I don't like it I don't buy it. And rarely do I feel that something was intentionally left out of the retail product that isn't essential to the game in order to sell it later as DLC.Comment

Re: Xbox One
Yeah it's likely just as bad, but they haven't announced pricing. The fact that it also has it in the first place is terrible. I agree that microtransactions should not be included in games that we're already paying full price for.Comment

Re: Xbox One
I expect it from games like GT6, with the frequency they release their revisions and the amount of work that goes into it. They're probably one of those titles that actually relies on it rather than tacking things on just for the $$. It sells like gangbusters though.
What I really wish we were getting sometime soon is Grid 3.Comment
