Plus it has a data cap of 40gigs a month for the highest dollar one. So once you use up you're 1.2 gig a day it's extra slow until it recovers the next day

Funny. I'm in the exact same situation as you. Just moved from an area with very fast cable internet access to an area with no broadband. Hughes was what the former owners used, but my friends experiences with it told me to stay way from it. The place we've moved to is beautiful, bit it's been an adjustment not having broadband.

We're supposedly getting cable next year, but I'm not holding my breath. At&t told my brother that for 5 years before they offered it in his area.

Its one of the main reasons I haven't purchased an Xbox one. I may bite the bullet and just load updates on a USBdrive at my parents place .

FYI for the Madden bundle from Amazon. Make sure you pick 1-day shipping ($7.99) to get it on release date. I had to just cancel and reorder mine because I had picked regular Prime 2-day shipping.

I will be getting the XboxONE Madden 15 bundle (no Kinect) in the mail on the 26th. I want to get this baby setup and gaming fast as possible! How long does it take to setup the XboxONE? Do I have to download a bunch of updates?
Also a digital version of Madden 15 comes installed, will I have to download the and install the game? Or will the game be available to play as soon as I enter the code? I really hoping it doesnt take forever to setup because I have to work later that night.

                  Question for studbucket:

Any known issues with the wireless U-Verse set top box? My Xbox is having trouble with the signal even after I did a hard reset, and switching out HDMI cables.

Really depends on your connection. Physically setting up the devise is easy - just plugin the hdmi cable.

You definitely will have to download and install madden. That will be at least 15gb. You'll probably need to install the latest xbox one system updates as well. I seriously doubt it's completely up to date.

Can you let me know more about this STB? What's the model number? What makes it wireless?

We have nothing reported, but I can try to look more into it. Do you have an AVR in the HDMI chain?

I beilieve UVerse only has the one wireless receiver, it's a Cisco ISB7005. What makes it wireless is it runs off wifi instead of having to be connected via ethernet or coax to the residential gateway.

I have a question, I bought the Madden 15 bundle from Amazon, if the games that come bundled with this console is digital and restricted by date why the heck do I have to wait til release day of the game to get my console? I could have everything setup by the time the game is released. Now I got setup my console, download updates, then download and install the game all in one sitting which is time consuming.
