Ok I have no clue what is going on with my Xbox

Sent it off for repair at least 2 weeks ago..... Last week (thurs)they updated the repair status to shipped. It also was 2 day delivery with weekend shipping . Not to mention its getting repaired just over another state that I could drive to within a day

Anyway they gave me a tracking number that Thursday, but all the FedEx tracking will say is "a label was printed" going on around 6 days now

I call FedEx but all they do is ask for the tracking and tell me what I already know. I'm about to call Microsoft but I'm sure they will just tell me the status and say it was shipped. I'm fine if it's on the way but I have no clue where it is at or who to ask about it.... Frustrating

I've done everything I could to play it. At this point, it's been a waste of money until Gears comes out.

You should call Microsoft. That's not normal.

Yeah definitely call. Sounds like some shady stuff going on with fedex. Probably want to contact Microsoft asap about it.

I had a similar problem and contacted online support and it's just how they process their labels....the system should be getting fixed and will get to you by the time they plan.

I tried calling them 4 times just a hour ago. Heck even my wife called twice...

And we can't even cant a actual human to talk to. It says push this and that or something like that then always says my call can't be completed

I have my service number(for the repair) and serial number on hand.

Friend said maybe they really haven't shipped it yet. Kinda like how on EBay you can print a shipping label and mark it has shipped even though it hasn't really shipped yet

Edit: Makes no sense though why would they even bother to mark the status of my repair as shipped unless they actually shipped it? Why not just keep it has they received it and are working on it...

Guess that's why I didn't recognize it. Another game for me to ignore. Glad those of you waiting are finally getting it though, whenever it does come.

I used the online chat twice and that seemed to help a lot. They can look up your info and whatnot, maybe try that?

I would do the online chat, but it won't be until tomorrow because me and the wife just bought a new house and COX will be here tomorrow to hook up internet and such

Anyone out there looking to get rid of a PS3? Interested in buying a nice, working (duh!) console. No games, just the console itself and what came in the box (including 1 controller). Would prefer to do business with someone who has been a member for a while. Would pay through PayPal.

Yeah, i don't know....

But in the back of your mind just think it'll all be ok and their tracking stuff is crazy. I'd still want to know more like you did...but might help put you at ease a bit.

SMITE runs pretty well on the XBOne. Just takes a bit getting used to the controls.

They are doing a one-time transfer of account progress (from what I read), which sadly means that it's not the same account on PC/XBOne (when it comes out.) That really sucks.

Well finally got info and my Xbox is to be delivered tomorrow.... Hopefully it holds up

Also just got COX today and got 50mbps internet speed. Fastest I've ever had by at least 10X lol
