After it was on sale, NEVER pay full price for it. Just go to the steam trading forums, you will find someone to get it from for whatever it was on sale the CHEAPEST. Just make sure they have rep and can be trusted, look at their steam profile, many have comments left for them.

Example - If it was $7, you can buy them a game for $7-8 and trade it through steam for it. Never EVER pay full price, look on the trading forums first.

So, there was a reason that Brave New World 33% off never came back during the Steam Sale. They dun goofed.

Wonder if GMG came out with that 30% off before anyone outside of Valve knew this was a mistake?

Re: OS Steam and Computer Gaming Thread

Steam is brilliant. I just love that site. From the Workshop integration, guides section being added, and cards being added (i crafted the summer sale badge), I am on that site all of the time. They really are very good at what they do.

From selling all of the cards, I ended up picking up 3 games. Mark of the Ninja, Alan Wake, and Retro City Ramage.

My haul from the summer sale was modest:

                  Alan Wake Collection
                  Grand Theft Auto Collection
                  Torchlight 2
                  Dust: An Elysian Tale
                  Mark of the Ninja
                  Retro City Rampage
                  System Shock 2

                  I think I spent about $25 bucks.

                  Awesome.

I imagine it'd be like playing L4D singleplayer.
