Re: OS Steam and Computer Gaming Thread
I know I'm late but I just randomly saw this thread.
I've been going nuts buying PC accessories and home network equipment.
Best purchase I made was the ASUS RT-AC66U router. It's pricey router but considering I was about to buy my third $80 dollar router in 6 years I grabbed this one instead. If any of you are in the market for a home router this is the way to go. I got about a 50% increase in signal where it was weak before and also got a 25% increase in coverage area.
Im thinking about buying track IR for my inevitable purchase of ARMA 3. Anyone have this yet?
It looks pretty cool, nerdy, but cool.Comment

Re: OS Steam and Computer Gaming Thread
Just because I'm a sucker for free stuff.
16 Bit Arena - $0.00
I'll always grab a game when it's free, even if I don't download it right away.
EDIT: Forgot to add this as well. It's just a site that grabs the deals from all the digital distributors. http://www.cheapshark.com/Last edited by ubernoob; 05-16-2013, 03:01 AM.badComment

Re: OS Steam and Computer Gaming Thread
Those that grab the Dark Souls game make sure to check out the graphic mod HERE (The top one)
Also they have a mod to enable-fix M/KB support if you don't want to use a controller BUT the game was made for a controller.Last edited by Skyboxer; 05-16-2013, 07:08 AM.Joshua:

Re: OS Steam and Computer Gaming Thread
Picked up Dark Souls to add to my own back log. also thinking about picking up the Saints Row 3 full package as well. played the first 2 but never got around to the 3rd. the deal was good timing as I had just got back some rebates from PC parts I got a couple months back.Last edited by Solidice; 05-16-2013, 11:12 AM.Comment

I'm this close to buying a new router like that, but I want to take a old one and put the custom firmware on it first to see if it'll be better.I know I'm late but I just randomly saw this thread.

My current Netgear was going so well and now it just behaves wonky sometimes. I don't know what it is, but the Wifi behavior is off. When a PC is wired in it's always fine too, so I dunno. I'm gonna turn my old Linksys into a custom one and see if that works out.
Just haven't had time until maybe this weekend...Nintendo Switch Friend Code: SW-7009-7102-8818Comment
