Been waiting for that for a while. It may be a little pricey for the length, but I'll pick it up. I feel like I'm a fan of anything the Idle Thumbs guys do/are associated with (Minerva's Den, Walking Dead, 30 Flights of Loving)

Re: OS Steam and Computer Gaming Thread
I'm getting this for sure, just later on sale....can't justify 20 bucks for a short game like that. I wait until most AAA games are under 20 before I pull the trigger now.I was looking forward to Gone Home but it's $20 for 2 hours. (If that.) Reviews are great though:

Re: OS Steam and Computer Gaming Thread
Weekly bundle that is. EA is still the main one. People reallyreallyreally seem to hate that guy associated with the weekly. I tried watching one of his videos to find out why but couldn't stand his voice long enough to figure it out.Comment

Re: OS Steam and Computer Gaming Thread
I've been having a blast with this game. Simple but fun. Also just released is Papers Please:

I get the feeling it's 10x better watching someone play the game than trying to play it yourself but should be mentioned for being something different.Comment

Gone Home is amazing. Well deserving of all the hype its getting. I can understand waiting for a sale, but its a game everyone should play. It's really easy to knock it out in one sitting too, the story pulls you right along the whole time and it seems like its the perfect length.Member of The OS Baseball Rocket Scientists AssociationComment

Re: OS Steam and Computer Gaming Thread
I beat Mirrors Edge over the weekend from the humble bundle sale. Crazy it took me this long to play it but was worth the wait. It was a damn good game.
I just started Crysis 2 and about on chapter 8, it has been really good so far to but it is nothing like crysis 1.
After Crysis two I'm going to jump into Medal of Honor.Comment

Re: OS Steam and Computer Gaming Thread
Where do y'all d/l facepacks from? I just realized the game doesn't include very many.
Also, this game is addicting. I know I was warned, but damn. I'm sitting here right now playing a DC United save and watching ManCity vs Newcastle. And there's a first half red card (spoiler
). Sucks I have to go to work in a few hours...

Re: OS Steam and Computer Gaming Thread
Origin has finally done something good. It's only for their own EA games but still quite a gesture.
We know that feeling: the one where you sit down, wait for a new game to finish downloading and installing, start it for the first time, and want it to rock. The intro sucks you in, you press a button to shoot, jump, or talk for the first time, and then it's suddenly three a.m. We know that feeling, and the one afterwards of knowing that not only does a game rock, but that it was worth every dollar you spent on it.
We hope every game you play on Origin will meet this high bar, and we're happy to say that starting today, we can guarantee that we'll make things right if you decide the game you just bought didn’t live up to your expectations.
The new Origin Great Game Guarantee works like this: You may return EA full game downloads (PC or Mac) purchased on Origin for a full refund--within 24 hours after you first launch the game, within seven days from when you purchased it, or within the first seven days after the game's release date if you pre-ordered it (whichever of these conditions happens first).
If something doesn't work out—you aren’t riveted by the storyline, or sucked in by the action, or even just if the game doesn't play well with your video card—we’ve got your back.
Requesting a refund is quick and easy. Just visit your order history and click the “request a refund” link next to your recent purchase, answer a few quick questions, and we’ll take it from there.Comment
