Re: OS Steam and Computer Gaming Thread
Steam family sharing...like what the Xbox one had planned...
Steam Family Sharing enables users to share their entire library of games with up to 10 other Steam members – Steam suggests "close friends and family members." Users request access to a friend's library, and if their computer is authorized, they have access to all of the games in that friend's library, complete with the ability to earn their own Steam achievements and save their own progress to the Steam Cloud.Comment

Only one person can access the game library at any time, and that includes the owner. It also has to be authorized in person and can't be done remotely.Comment

Agreed. I'd be in for one if I didn't own all the games already. Curious to see what the games to be added later are...I highly recommend the current Humble Bundle. All great games.

Re: OS Steam and Computer Gaming Thread
I don't really see much of a problem with that, I haven't played a game on Steam in a week, my library would have been available to my friends no problem for that duration.
I wonder if for 2.0 of this service they'll find a way to exclude F2P and MMOs and whatnot... basically anything that can't be shared, and doesn't rely on Steam really to begin with other than it was a storefront. Otherwise you will could be encouraged to move those out of Steam and I'm sure they'd probably like to avoid that.Comment

Whoa, I just got my "10 Year" Steam badge...guess that makes me old.
I finally completed Dust: AET this afternoon and wow...what a great game overall. Story, mechanics, etc.. I highly recommend y'all check out the game if you haven't already on Xbox or PC.Comment

Re: OS Steam and Computer Gaming Thread
Yup it's fantastic. I really would've liked a choice though. I mean there is a choice but it doesn't do anything. On the other hand it was 95% made by one guy so he probably didn't have time or budget or something to expand it like that. It's one of the rare games I got 100% completion on.Comment

Agreed!
Also, no reason not to joing the Sonic All-Star Racing Transformed Tournaments group (http://steamcommunity.com/groups/SASRTT). Some really fun, very competitive racing! I've raced in a few of the tournaments and had a blast. They usually run about 2 tourneys per month.Comment
