Re: OS Steam and Computer Gaming Thread
I've had a good time with it in the short amount of play time I've had.
Stopped playing to wait for the final update as I was just restarting every so often checking different things out.Joshua:

Re: OS Steam and Computer Gaming Thread
The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth has a release date: November 4 on Steam, Vita, and PS4.
There's a trailer accompanying that announcement, but it's beyond creepy as well as NSFW. That Edmund's a strange, strange fellow.Comment

Re: OS Steam and Computer Gaming Thread
Hmmm, its working on the steamcommunity.com pages, but not the store.steam.com pages. I'm getting this error on the store pages (via developer console):
Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property '1' of null
Apparently when I'm on the store page, Steam doesn't download any cookie to know my language. Any ideas how to fix?
EDIT: I fixed it. I just had to change the language then change it back. Everything downloaded fine and extension is working now.Comment

Re: OS Steam and Computer Gaming Thread
What do you guys think of the Discovery update to Steam? I feel like it could be hell on my wallet because it nailed several games I had at least considered buying in the past, as well as some others that I hadn't heard of some of my favorite Genres. It hit me particularly hard with Turn-Based strategy games - I'm definitely considering Wasteland 2 and the upcoming Civ: Beyond Earth now.Comment

Really digging the update.
On another note, anyone picking up Gauntlet? I'm going back and forth at the moment as it's only $12 on Nuuvem but I'd rather have some folks to play it with.PS: You guys are great.

Re: OS Steam and Computer Gaming Thread
I did. I suck at it.
Fun though, and more challenging than Diablo imo (at least in the beginning, which is as far as I got). Will probably stick with Warrior as much as I can while learning the game, each of the other classes have some odd quirk to them (Valkyrie's shield block, Archer's R-stick - and weak - arrows, and Wizard's spell selection). That last one seems like it's going to be reserved for the more skillful players, and will probably be the most rewarding.Last edited by bcruise; 09-23-2014, 05:58 PM.Comment
