I would be hitting those inside buttons all the time by mistake just from holding the controller.

I'll be picking one up. Still very much interested in checking it out.

In other news, I saw the r9 295x2 for $599 yesterday. Figure a 300 series announcement is iminent.

        AMD confirms new flagship.

Might see the official announcement tomorrow.

And then nvidia unceremoniously dropped a 12gb Titan X the day before AMD's announcements, heh.

I'm just thinking of the potential for 2d fighters with that controller?

Wonder how overpriced they are going to make it? I'll say $1400-1500.

No idea what the specs are, but the Titan Z is ~$3k+.

Dunno where they'll go from there.

All I care about is a 970 with 4 real gigs of VRAM and a price point of $299 and I'm in. A 960 with 3gig or 4 gig does not interest me because its not going to increase the fps, which it is still struggling to hit 60 fps in current titles (BF4 maxed out 40s fps). I'm not looking to get more than 3 years out of a card but not looking to buy one that is already struggling with DX11 games when Dx12 is around corner.

I spent a lot of manpower looking for a 970 when they first released. The memory issues makes me happy I never found one in store.

I saw your purchase and thought about both, but I have to restrain myself from buying things since I'm engrossed in multiple games right now. I hope you enjoy them!

Yea I'm still picking my way through Dying Light and Splinter Cell Black List. Plus the other games which are not singleplayer based like DayZ, ARMA 3, and Don't Starve Together. I'm going to be back logged, but that is nothing new I have 90+ PC games which half might be finished lol. Shadow and Wasteland I wanted both bad so I was super pumped to get them 50% off.

can't wait to buy one of those steam boxes, don't want to spend much more than 1000 bucks for it though, hope there is smth cool in that price class.
