Re: OS Steam and Computer Gaming Thread
Age of Decadence finally comes out after being in development since 2004 !
some info on it...
The Age of Decadence, our first but hopefully not the last RPG, is now available. If you've been following it or playing it in Early Access, you know what to expect (if you did play an earlier version, please delete prefs.cs file from your Documents/My Games/Age of Decadence folder before starting a new game). If you've just discovered it, "stay awhile and listen". The most commonly asked question is: What Kind of Game Is It? It’s a very different game than anything you’ve ever played.
It's on Steam and GoG, btw.Comment

Re: OS Steam and Computer Gaming Thread
Have you picked up both of them?
I have a buddy who has the controller and said he loves it for the most part but he wanted to test some other stuff out with it.
I don't think I'll ever see myself replacing the 360 wired controller though.badComment

Re: OS Steam and Computer Gaming Thread
Yeah I went from the wired 360 to a One controller, not putting that down anytime soon and will be getting the wireless adapter. I'll make myself give it a week or something (rocket league, etc) and see if it sticks, just don't feel like starting this weekend.
Yeah, picked them both up. Steam Link works as well as the Xbox One remote play stuff as far as I can tell, even w/ a mediocre wifi connection. Will definitely be tinkering with that more.
Tried to use it again last night and it started GRID 2 but was stuck on my lock screen w/ no ability to unlock the PC it seemed. Acted like it was on my 2nd monitor. Another wrinkle is my primary monitor is 2560x1080 so things look strange until it gets into Steam successfully.Comment

Re: OS Steam and Computer Gaming Thread
Got both yesterday and I didn't get a chance to try the link but was able to mess around with the steam controller.
How do you configure this sucker? I need more playing time with it as the location of the stick and bottons throwing me off a bit.Comment

Re: OS Steam and Computer Gaming Thread
Some couple of good strategy games on Steam recently.
Planetbase - $16.99 - It is like Sim City only in space on foreign planets. Build, trade, expand.
Grand Age Medievil - $39.99 - Reminds me of Civilization, Age of Empires type of feel. This game is also for the PS4, but the PS4 version is $59.99.Comment
