Pretty sure it will sell out in 2 minutes like the other 2 cards. Also pretty sure people on Amazon will be selling it for $600. The price gouging on Amazon this summer is INSANE.

That's quite untrue. The one I use (linked before) works with LGA 1151. They have a set of brackets that come with to comform.

Yeah I've just been doing research the past hour and found that out as well. That makes me happy to know, like I said I've never been a fan of liquid cooling. I have the Coolermaster 212+ in my current build so I'll just re use that.

I just managed to get a hold of a GTX 1070 off NCIX.ca for $649 canadian taxes and shipping included.

The 212 Evo is what I have with my 4690K and I've had 00000 issues with it. Such a great/cheap cooler.

Nobody lies about AMD being hotter. That's in relation to graphics cards. AMDs processors have a lower safe max temp. That's why your max is 70C and mine is 91C. Especially the Vishera series.

Intel will run warmer for processors.

Bought a 27 inch IPS monitor 2 days ago. After gaming on it last night, I don't think I can ever go back to PC gaming on a 24 inch monitor.

That's basically what happened to me. I ended up buying a 2nd one too... no way i'd ever want to go back. Never

34" ultra wide 1440p will probably be my next monitor. Using a 1080p monitor of the same size now.

What monitor brand are you using? I have 24in BenQ 60hz looking to bump up to 144hz 27in myself is why I'm asking?

Finally got my hands on a EVGA GTX 1070 SC. Thing runs like a dream and much cooler than my old 770 FTW 4gb.

Now I'm in that funk where I want to try to max every game I have but don't ever get much playing time in because I'm too busy playing with the new toy.

LOL! I picked up the same card the week before from Microcenter. I haven't had much time either last week since went on a family vacation to tinker with the card. I am so happy to finally replace the 970 with the limited VRAM. Granted a few pages back I complained about the pricing, which I wasn't wrong that they would pull this crap with these cards costing well above MSRP and the FE cards pricing. I would of like the 1080, but at that price its hard to justify.
