Re: OS Steam and Computer Gaming Thread
That would work and be one less cable, but I would personally go with two separate cables for the graphics card. Less current and load on a single port and cable. The Titan X requires a 6 pin and an 8 pin.Go Noles!!! >>----->Comment

Re: OS Steam and Computer Gaming Thread
I saw that was already in the top charts of Steam, kind of interested as well.
Also, Steam updated their UI (in the beta client at least) .. not sure I'm a fan yet.
It's always needed a lot of work, was just used to how they were doing it. Really not a fan of the queues, and they're putting more focus on them it seems.Comment

Re: OS Steam and Computer Gaming Thread
Yeah, Steam has a dev video, I'm not really listening to him through the accent so I have the news on and im just kinda watching it ... kind of in awe.
Think this screenshot sold me. Dangit, trying to get to bed now I have to read more about this game.
Oh man, after this screenshot he zoomed in, added a parallel section of track and signals and effectively doubled his capacity. Awesome.
Would be neat if w didn't build the towns, and had to build our infrastructure to suit their organic growth. For example in Nevada we're trying to build a stadium, and it's interfering with current transportation plans (existing plans need to be sped up, potentially bumping others). That would be a neat thing to have to solve in this, I like random elements kind of like that.
Anyways, don't know what I'm talking about yet. Time for sleep, will read more tomorrow.Attached FilesLast edited by mestevo; 11-08-2016, 02:08 AM.Comment

Re: OS Steam and Computer Gaming Thread
Yeah, finished the video I was watching (15 minute gameplay video on Steam) and after he built the airport and stuff I purchased it.
Only $7 out of pocket, still had some money left over from my No Man's Sky refund, lol.Comment

Re: OS Steam and Computer Gaming Thread
Day 1 Steam Workshop support as well, sandbox mode with no $$, and 2 7 mission campaigns that provide sufficient hand holding but let you still do your own thing to meet goals.
These are all great for gaming ADD
