War Thunder is a lot of fun. Btw, my European account name is Brody-1975 if anybody wants to hook up. I will still be getting this for US release as well. I have some PSN credits that would do nicely with this game.

I nearly purchased a PS4 online the other night (Best Buy). Told my wife about that and she shot me a look that made me happy I didn't click the purchase button.

So, for those looking for a PS4, Best Buy has them in stock online.

Only one aerial battle game I purchased since I started gaming and that was TopGun (nintendo). This War Thunder is absolutely must have....man...very addicting. I just want to know how you get out from the cockpit when ur shot down?

Ouch, that is painful. I am very lucky. I kept joking I wanted a Vita to remote so I didn't always have to go down to the basement. I didn't really want one, but liked the idea. So a couple weeks ago she made a quick trip to the store and I was wondering why she was gone so long. She walks in the door and hands be a bag with a Vita. Almost took it back, but couldn't resist.

Two weeks ago, I was at a Best Buy that had stock across the street from where my wife was being interviewed for a job (I was waiting on her). They had one left and I was SOOOOO wanting to get it, but didn't want to do it without 'clearance'.

I pick her up and we start heading back to our side of town, and I told her that BB had a PS4. She said 'Please tell me it's in the trunk!'

So we went straight up to our local BB where our friend works and got HIS last PS4...that was a better ending to that story

Update to Playstation 4 app allows you to view game streams directly from your mobile device now.

Which is the best shooter for online play ??

Games are on sale in my area and I might pick one up.

Depends on what your friends on your friends list plays the most. You can have fun with either one of them, depending on who is online. To me, all 3 of them can be very boring or very fun, it all depends on who is online at the time.

Over all to me FPS type games are becoming kind of stale.

Nice! To be clear, my wife has no qualms about me playing videogames or buying systems, but, I had said I was waiting until the holiday season of 2014 to buy one and just purchased a 3DS XL (spent nearly $300 after warranty, games and carrying case) and a GBA SP. I've got a PS3 250gb Slim, 360 Slim 4gb (added 250gb HDD), PS2 slim and PS Vita, so she is trying to keep me to my word that I'd clear off my backlog of PS3/360 games before moving on to a PS4.

You don't have to play on the European account. Set that account as primary ps4 and then log onto your actual account.

Are there problems with the bluray/DVD player on the ps4? I have heard some people saying such....

I haven't played a movie on mine yet and just was curious. I treat this thing like a baby. :-)

I've played movie rentals at least 7 times with the PS4, and in my experience I've only experienced a fault one time. I couldn't play the film without first trying to restart the PS4, but all other times proved successful.

You should just play War Thunder on your primary US account so that any progress you make playing the game isnt lost.
