That controller looks like it should have been released with Call of Duty Ghosts last year. They could have easily sold it as a COD Ghost themed controller.

Was playing Madden when the sound went out, then the screen went black and then the PS4 shut itself off. I'm guessing that's not a good sign.

It's working fine since I turned it back on, but now I'm nervous this is the beginning of something going wrong.

It's a computer. Could be hardware related or it could have been a kernel panic or OS bug. I wouldn't worry about it.

Gamestop had a pic of it but the guy told me it releases in Oct.
