Wouldn't be the worst time to have a PS3. With the massive gaming library, that console is still getting way more bang for buck with PS+.

I used to have no problem paying for it on my PS3 because of the value, but on my PS4 there's rarely anything for free that interests me.

I am really being tempted to buy PS3 (used to own 360 and xbox). But the only thing that prohibits me from pulling by wallet is that, i cannot play all these games.

So what do you guys think Morpheus will launch at and when?

I gotta think it's gonna be $199-250 depending on what's packed in...I've read elsewhere that people think it'll be a lot more than that. Just can't see it, esp. if they're dedicating resources and time and giving it this big push....gotta get it into as many homes as possible.

Also think it'll launch with a few native games but probably a bunch of ports....thinking No Man's Sky, Adr1ft, Firewatch (I hope), ARK, Everybody's Gone To The Rapture, etc...

No doubt, Morpheus and Sony's plans for it are what I'm most intrigued by going into E3.

My guess is probably double yours. Depends how much of a loss they want to sell them for if at all, initially.

I think something like $350 or higher is pushing it TBH...gonna be hard to justify to consumers to spend $800 for PS4 & Morpheus and I don't see a PS4 price drop coming soon.

I'd glad play $300 for an all included (Move controllers, camera, etc.) Morpheus...esp. if they open up pre-orders in the late summer or fall.

Pretty beat i got invited to the beta a few weeks ago. Didn't have time in the 48 hour alloted time period to download it.

Tried sending another request but it won't send another code. Sucks because it looks like a pretty cool game and you guys are all enjoying it

Oculus price tag is $350. You can bet that Sony will want to be competitive when pricing Morpheus. Below are also the named titles that developers have confirmed with kits in development.

So what is the perfect price for this peripheral? Mr. Yoshida, in an interview stated that the device will be available at some point in 2016. There's little one can deduce from that interview. However it seems Sony wants the price to be somewhere around $300-$400.
