While it was more than 5-6 years from xbox 360 to xbox one and same thing with ps3 to ps4 and xbox 360 and ps3 didn't even have a mid gen upgrade. I am ready for 4k but at the same time fell like I should wait. I have not seen a pro or xbox one x in action though has I dont know any places that have it plugged into a tv.

Nothing wrong with being patient and waiting. Better off waiting.

that makes zero sense....if you ask 1000 buyers of the pro which version they would prefer the black will win.

Not everbody games in a bedroom or is a teenager and a big red console does not look nice in a home theater.

Also Amazon has been out of stock for months. This was before the spider man bundle was announced

something else is going on here and I am feeling that sony is not happy with the pro sales. If they were they would flaunt that...they give numbers for years and now they only do as a whole.

it sucks for a sony buyer with a nice new tv to be stuck with a red console or a weak base ps4 at 1080p

It's clear you rather believe your own theory than listen to anyone else so not sure why you're engaging in conversation.

I love the God of Wars series and Im still playing 4, in all honesty I believe spider-man will. I think its going to sell HUGE.

The new GOW game I have it was the first one I played and I liked it but Horizon zero dawn is my favorite ps4 excusive so far and I think spiderman will be better than GOW and could out sale it. People are hungry for a good spiderman game.

I've never played a GOW retail game. I think I might have one of the remasters or something from PS+? Not sure to be honest.

Most I've played was the GOW 3 demo, and I played it a couple of times. My dormmate came in to play once, and accidentally died during a big monster battle thing. As he respawned, the big monster and the fireball turret (forgive me for not knowing their names) are frozen in place, no matter how often he restarted. I had to whip out the camera. To me it looks hilarious.

I'm waiting for Redbox to get the new GOW game. I will for sure check it out then.

I was never a God of War fan. Played the third one a little and quit. This last one was fantastic. Not a button masher but great combat combined with Uncharted like story and some exploration. I don’t think there is any chance Spider-Man beats those sales. 3 million in 3 days? Over 5 million total? Those are insane numbers for one console. Success of Spider-Man should not be judged against that.

We also need a next-gen Destruction Derby...man I loved drinking some beers and playing some demolition derby and I can't even imagine how great they could do the car damage now with today's physics and graphics...

I agree with you, but for some reason I just see Spiddy being a bigger seller then what people may think.

I think Spiderman is going to be a HUGE seller, comparable to God of War. Maybe not at first but once it releases and word of mouth and demos in stores hit...it's going to be crazy.
