Re: PlayStation 4 Discussion
For me the only reason I picked up the PS4 instead of the Xbone is the 100 dollars cheaper. Personally I like the Xbone Launch line up better, controller better, Live better and games better but due to my finances I went with the PS4.
And as for the power concept, the PS3 was more powerful than the 360 and I sure as hell couldnt tell a difference on most title so that doesnt bother me.
Edit: Sorry 2 reasons, I wanted to get in the BF4 PS4 action as well.
Edit 2: Before anyone is critical of me saying how do I know the controller and Live is better on the next gen, I dont. I am going off my personal preferences from last gen. The 360 controller was my favorite controller of all time and I liked the speed of Live better than PSN however plus is nice. Everything I have read states that PSN is going to be massively improved so heres to hoping.
Now the setups are basically the same so the "more powerful" will stand out a lot more IMO>
Yep...PS+ paid for itself in just a few weeks.
Gaming on LIVE vs PSN was prettty close but PSN sucks in download speeds for games/demos. That better change.
I'll eventually have an X1 but only after a nice price drop and maybe even wait for a special edition box.
We'll see.Joshua:

Re: PlayStation 4 Discussion
I opened it up and said "wow" literally cause I wasn't expected it to feel so nice. I only wish it had rumble feedback in the triggers like the XBO does. but damn it felt nice#dairyfreeComment

Re: PlayStation 4 Discussion
Yeah I dont have PS Plus (Didnt play my PS3 enough to get it) so I am going to be living off the 7 day trials out of the game cases until this sell happens, lol.
I may have missed it but does the PS4 come with a certain amount of PS Plus with it. I know the 360's always shipped with a month free trial of Live.PS4 Twitch: http://www.twitch.tv/candyman5os

Re: PlayStation 4 Discussion
Reminder: PS4 mobile app releases tomorrow
Sony will offer a PlayStation 4 companion app on mobile devices for all PS4 users, and the company has finally announced the release date of the app.
The PlayStation 4 companion app on iOS and Android will go live on November 13 in North America, and on November 22 in Europe. The PlayStation 4 console itself launches on November 15 in North America and November 30 in Europe. There is no mention of a Windows Phone version of the app, though.
The PlayStation app will allow PS4 gamers to stay in touch with their gaming friends, to check out PlayStation 4 videos and screenshots, manage their profile, check their trophy progress, and much more.
The app will even allow players to purchase game via the app, where after the game will automatically start downloading on their PlayStation 4 console.
The app will be available on all Apple iOS devices, and on most Android devices as well. It will be free to download, and players will simply have to login with their PlayStation ID to start using the app.
Recently, Sony announced that the PlayStation 4 link app will be coming to Vita in the next Vita update as well.
