I've said it around these forums before, but I've decided I'm done with Nintendo, I've come to regret every Nintendo hardware purchase I had made in the past 17 years, and the WiiU was only the third platform I had skipped (other two were Gamecube and Virtual Boy). Not since the SNES have I been a pleased owner of a Nintendo anything.

and as a sports gamer i learned the hard way that the Wii was ****... sports games are just updated rosters and full price charge

I honestly might pass on both.

Might get me a 3DS and get Fire Emblem and call it a day.

I was going to go with a Wii U but with no new sports titles, I'll pass. As a few here know, I've been on the fence with getting a 3DS XL for months. I honestly just need to pull the trigger and do it. But back to your post, the 3DS definitely has more than enough games to keep you busy.

I honestly might pass on both.

That's pretty much my plan. I'm not getting the warm and fuzzies from either at this point, especially MS. Depending on what we may learn from the Sony camp though, I could be persuaded to grab one down the road in say 1-3 years for the Metal Gear games and an exclusive or two. Until then, I'm more than satisfied with my PC and I still have my old consoles.

The 3DS is pretty solid. Can't go wrong there at all IMO.

On E3 news.. I am off tomorrow night! I am working Wednesday night instead. Was going to get grass cut before E3 started but calling for rain all day..
But good thing is I can relax and watch the show from home.

It would totaly rock if either system came packaged with 2 controllers this time. I do hope there's a PS4/Vita combo.

How in the world did you skip the GC? It was Nintendo's console ahead of it's time, one of the best consoles.

Yeah that trailer was nice, so glad it's not a console exclusive. But I couldn't help thinking while listening to it that outside of a couple of lines, it could have been narrated by Microsoft.

Lol..
It gets cut when I have the time. If its not raining my mower will be fired up by 7:30am

Plenty of times I'm sleeping at 5pm (night shift work) and hear mowers/hammers etc...
