Can anyone explain to me how Xbox one has already reordered and made available to preorder day one launch systems and ps4 is still unavailable? I got screwed by amazon by ordering 5 mins after sonys conference and somehow didn't manage to have my order upgraded to the launch edition.

Anyone have any idea when launch edition will be back up to preorder because Xbox has sold out like ps4 already on amazon and now there available to order again.

I think if you would have waited like us other guys you would have gotten the E-mail that us other guys got. Got the E-mail this morning.

We are writing to confirm that you ordered the "Launch Edition," which is Release-Day Delivery eligible. All other aspects of the two editions are identical.

You do not need to take any action or make any changes to your current order.

Have you checked your E-mail? That is the ONLY way to know for sure. Mine still says Playstation 4 on the order history, but based on the E-mail they know that I am a launch edition recipient.

I don't think that would have been the case had you waited. There are still people that have been receiving verification e-mails in the last hour. Blaming Sony and Amazon isn't really fair as neither of them stated that you'd get a Release Day Delivery by jumping on the computer five minutes after the Sony Conference. Amazon has been great in getting answers out to people over the past two days. It's pretty much common knowledge at this point that if you got your order in prior to the Launch Edition/Standard Edition split, your order counted as Launch.

Other than State of Decay and possibly NCAA (Due to no next gen version), I am also done.

That's about all I have lined up for 360 as well. Although I've thought about going PS3 for NCAA.

Yup. The timestamp on my order confirmation email was 11:09pm ET 6/10/13. But i submitted my order at about 11:07pm ET on amazon. Pretty much as soon as it became available right after the price was announced.

I've already contacted Amazon and was told mine wasn't a launch edition. They pulled my order up. I'm not going into detail about I just know my order wasnt upgraded/changed.

Anyone care to answer why amazon has already opened up there launch day preorders for Xbox AFTER Xbox has already sold out and the order been unavailable like ps4?
