Definitely won't be charged until its shipped.

I would assume you would get it on release day unless they're accepting more preorders than units they wind up getting, I'm guessing Sony has given them a number of consoles to expect though so that they can avoid the backlash of selling launch units and not being able to provide them.

Thanks well off to pre-order. Wish they had 2k14 bundle on Amazon but I guess ill do the watch dog. I can always trade it in for a sports game.

Yeah being as they don't bill you until they ship you should be able to cancel it if they are unable to come through.

I would imagine you'll get it at launch though but hard to say with preorders because you never know if there will end up being shortages.

To add on to this... the PS Vita currently has cross-game party chat, as well as Skype. So PSN does have those feature sets in place.

PS4's presale on ebay already going for over $500 for just the launch edition. (Which is stupid since Launch bundles are still available)

I ordered the Watchdogs bundle from Amazon and chose the 2 day shipping and it says it will be delivered on Dec 31st. Is this launch day or is it because I waited over a week to order and it's backed up until Dec 31st? I've seen people talking about November for launch.

That's just a filler date. Release date will be in November.
