1) Saw it playing on a display at Gamestop the other day and thought it had been mentioned way earlier in this thread. This was the first time I saw gameplay video of the game.

Is Target taking preorders for ps4 in store like they just started to do for XB1? Kinda slept on preorder and feeling the pressure to get one now.

Yes they are for 25 dollars. They didn't get many in though.

Yea they will as long as its not open.I bought games at other places that was like $30 and wal mart would have it price ar $60. They just give u a gift card. Also done it when best buy use to have the buy 2 get 3rd one free

Its not fraud as long as you don't lie, just say you don't have a receipt and want to return it. They don't have to allow you to do it, but they do and they know most people returning without a receipt are trying to make money off of it. They will require you to give your license so that they can track you and make sure you are not doing it more than a few times. If you are, they will refuse your return and maybe other things.

You have a receipt though in your Amazon account and your packing slip, youve already lied, in the same sentance you said just dont lie.

Lets not sugar coat this, it's straightforward fraud. Will you likely be able to do it with little if any hassle? Sure, but no need to put up the rest of the charade like it's kosher.

Really didn't think much about it. They going to put it on the shelve and sell it not like they losing money. I've done it like 2 or 3 times. They don't ask nothing bout if I bought it there. Just say I want to return this and they just give u a gift card. Its wal mart they take anything back

You're using a consumer friendly return policy to commit fraud. There's no nice way to put it. You aren't returning anything. They aren't taking it back, they're being duped into giving you something for a product you didn't buy from there. You have no idea if they'll end up selling it for the same price, which is irrelevant really.

You know you didn't buy it there, that explicitly is what makes it fraud. The burden of proof isnt your ability to get away with it.

Unless that's somehow unclear still, lets get back to the PS4

Much ado about nothing....
For me I only ever do exchanges and I never ever said I bought the item there.

Example was a box of Bridgestone Golf Balls. I had a box of orange ones that was bought at DSG and I took them to Wal-Mart later to get white (SG was currently out of white). Took to customer service and asked if I could swap them for white ones.
They scanned the box and said yes go get the box you want.

I never said I bought them there.
What they do however is take your DL # and you're limited to 2 returns without a receipt a month I believe.
Either way it's their policy and if they are hurting over it (Highly unlikely as it's Wal-mart and they know well and good there will be returns that never were bought from there. they aren't stupid.) they should change it.

Friendly fraud is still fraud.

You didn't buy the item there, but they're giving you credit for a product that was never bought/sold through the store. How that is glossed over as "okay" is silly to me, but this isn't the thread to have this discussion.

I never got credit. I got an exchange.
Again it's their policy and in my instances I never lied to them.... but yeah moving on.

Take me to jail now. Lol. I'm guilty of it especially around the Holidays. Whoever has the shortest line gets the unwanted return.

Maybe that's why I never get what I ask for??

Well I've decided I'm grabbing Knack at release also.
So that's BF4, Madden25, Knack, Watch Dogs and maybe KZ

I probably should go ahead and grab an extra controller.

I really want to play Knack, but I feel like it'll be easy to find on the cheap after/around Christmas. KZ looks great, but I can't handle 2 MP FPS at the same time and there seems to be a massive OS BF4 crowd on PS4.
