So for this remote play, we wouldn't have to buy a game for the Vita. I can just pause it on my PS4, leave and pick up and play anywhere over wifi? If so, that is pretty awesome.

Sony is doing what I thought MS would 1st. Allowing PS4 to be played anywhere outside the home as the ultimate portable console. Now with Vita TV can play in other rooms as well. Impressed.

You don't need to buy the Vita copy. Also, you don't even need to pause the game. It's seamless, pick up your vita and play. Although you might want to pause anyways.Comment
