CC protection...plus I leave in a DECENT enough neighborhood to risk it.

Also, it's dark here after 5...I highly doubt a person driving by would be able to spot it out.

I wouldn't at the old condo we were at, but at my house there's a column type thing that's part the front of our house that they hide stuff behind.

That being said, I might have put a note to have them put it in back yard. Or if it's during the week I ship to my work.

I live in a relatively quiet neighborhood. Not much pedestrian traffic, if any. Mostly neighbors walking their dogs.

I have 2 consoles coming though. I would have delivered to office but I work in Manhattan and take the bus to my car. That would be a train wreck, I think. Unless I for some reason decide to drive in that Friday..which would mean paying upwards of 60-100 for tolls and parking that day.

Id pay somebody to stay at my place or if you got a garage tell him to put it somewhere in there

I live in a decent area as well but i wouldn't trust anybody especially with something i spent 500 bucks basically on

How do you do that exactly? I've had it held for me at the facility plenty of times, however I need to let them attempt delivery first because I cannot have them hold it based on a tracking id, i need an invoice id which is on the slip left at the door if they attempt delivery when i'm not home. I can call/go online and request they hold it, and it will be at the center around 6pm that evening when the driver gets back and they hold it for 5 days.

But then again that is only for items requiring signature, other items they just leave on my porch.

You need to make the ship to address the address of your nearest UPS facility and write "hold for pick up" next to the street.

I also believe that once you get your email confirmation with the tracking number you can track your package on the UPS website and click the option to hold at facility. You might also be able call you local facility right when you get your confirmation number and ask them to hold your package.

I have never, ever had a problem where I needed to have one delivery try to hold at the UPS facility.

Had a situation one time where I had someone stay at the house to take delivery of a 1,000+ dollar computer tower from UPS.

Dude stepped out for a little while at around 10:30 am not thinking the package would come that early, and the dumb driver actually left the tower in front of my porch without a signature and no one to retrieve it.

I found out because I just happened to be right down the street and my phone alerted me that the package had been shipped. Thank god I was close so I could go put it in the house.

I'll be home on the 15 but hell i freak out thinking if my PS4 goes to some other address ..constantly i get other peoples mail mixed up with my address

To anyone letting Amazon leave their PS4 on the porch... Just hope this person doesnt live in your neighborhood lol
