Im having the same problem as mikenoob.... Ill be playing and then in the middle of the game and it will randomly shut off. Go into Safe Mode. Reboot. Start back like normal.


EDIT: Just tried doing the reset... Ill keep everyone updated as well

Got it around noon today from Amazon and got a few hours in before work. Night shift on Friday already stinks but this is going to be a long long night. Sort of worth it when I wake up Monday and don't need to leave for work until 4 but still...

I downloaded Fifa which took about 2 hours and bought COD on disc. I started out on Wifi but the update for patch 1.50 kept failing about halfway through, luckily I had a wired connection right there and it worked perfectly after I switched. Download speeds finally feel normal and not brutally slow like on PS3. Call of Duty froze once after an online game but I could quit out in the playstation menu at least. Online ran great, no lag and I thought it looked really good. Same with Fifa, played an online game that was really smooth, no issues at all, very pretty. The gameplay is not a huge upgrade, passing and shooting feel pretty much the same but running, defense and fighting for the ball feel noticeably different.

I sat for about 3 straight hours just downloading and playing different things and I can't wait to get home and go back to it. Resogun is cool but did I miss the part where they explain what do to with the humans? It just says save them but I have no idea how. Just hover around them and don't let them die? Oh well, it looked cool I just wanted to check it out while Fifa finished downloading and it seemed like they left out some basic instructions.

My problems are with my TV (jaggy letters and edges, everything else is smooth.) and COD not downloading. Any solutions to both?

Anyone know how to tell how far along a game is installing? Thank you.

I think if you select notifications on the XMB there should be a view downloads option or something. It can be a little confusing since it seems to consider downloading and installing the same thing. I was downloading Fifa and everything was finished in the downloads menu but in game it said I could only play kick off and it was still installing for 55 minutes.

Seems all sorts of wrong to me that you've got Amazon doing nothing for people who didn't get their console as promised today, while crediting those who know quite well they were only supposed to get one controller.

No I asked this question over a month ago here is the reply. Nobody cheating them. It's their words.

There is a firmware update that you need to DL if im not mistaken

Got mine tonight at NYC GS..big blue flashing brick. On hold with Sony now over an hour. I think only Sony product i ever owned that has issues.The times they r a changing..

Madden over 2k14? Really? Impressions threads seem completely opposite tone of that. 2k14 is sick.

Don't get it twisted. Lol. I already knew that 2k was gonna be nice but I'm speaking more in terms of what kinda wowed me not so much which was the better game. My expectations for Madden was really low and it turned out for me to be way better

Now I gotta agree 2k is fire but to me BF is a Wildfire!!!
