I just setup my PS4 and after finishing downloading the update my PS4 light turn white and my TV shows no signal. Can anyone please help?

For how long? It took a little bit of time (like 1 minute or 2) for my stuff to reboot after the update.

I basically hooked my system up.. I hooked it into my router via ethernet (no wirless), it downloaded the updated pretty quick, installed it.. then rebooted my machine and I was sitting at the welcome/set up screen.

I wonder .. for those who have a bricked PS4: is there any correlation between the people who download the update directly on the Playstation rather than use a USB to get the update?

That's definitely a hdmi handshake issue. It might be the cable or unplug and replug the tv to reset the ports.

Flower is pretty stunning on PS4, but what's even better is how vastly improved the motion controls are with the DS4.

I went with the USB one. The install was about 3 minutes.
