I think Assassin's Creed does. It functions as a map from what I've read. Haven't tried it yet.

Yeah, it works great. Used My iPad last night to help run down buried treasure. Also Managing Kenway's fleet is much easier with the app.

Putting PS4’s Million Sales in Perspective

Sony shared the news over the weekend that in the space of 24 hours, over a million PS4s were sold in North America, putting Sony well on track for the most successful games console launch in recent history, if not all time. Comparing it to other console launches reveals that the games industry is playing in a whole new league now than it was at the dawn of the last console generation. It’s greatly encouraging news – and not just for Sony.

Had PS4 launched in Europe and Japan on the same day, that number could have been much, much higher.

For those playing NBA 2k what teams/settings are you guys running MyGM with? I'll probably play a couple quick games tonight before jumping in. I'd like a bottom-dweller that has the potential to be a playoff contender. I think anything like the Rockets, Clippers, or Pacers would be "too ready." I was thinking Wizards, but honestly I'm not too familiar with outside of John Wall.

Do you guys have tips for defense on-ball-skills? I can't see to keep my guy from driving at will. I've already done the tutorials but they just covered the basics anyway.

Also, passing tips? I seem to get a lot of them tipped or intercepted unfortunately.


I'm learning less is more as far as the skill stick and shots go for offense.


MyPlayer (shooting, drive-and-dish PG) got drafted by the Utah Jazz last night. The presentation of this mode is ridiculous. Hell, even the dialogue is pretty damn great. I love it already. It feels like I'm playing out a TV show or something.

This is gonna be an addicting game I can tell already. Between trying to save all the humans in each stage, the arcade-like high score battles, and just the impressively fun and beautiful gameplay its hard not to play the game anywhere from 15 minutes to 2 hours.

I've only been able to save 9/10 humans on the first level so far. That 7th one or so causes problems for some reason.

As far as defense goes for 2k know your player. If he isn't a defensive guru don't expect him to be. If he's a shooter play on him force the drive. If he's a driver play back force him to shoot. If he does both play about midway. Use the point of emphasis to help. Sometimes you have to angle your body opposite the way you want your man to drive . Ex. You have a big man left but nobody to the right then angle your body slightly right just a bit so that help is available.

Again Helps to know how good a defender is at steals,blocks, contesting and how good the offensive player is at dribbling, speed, shooting, Layups.

I'm kind of shocked that you can't use the DS4 touchpad to type. When I first saw the design of the controller, I assumed that's what it was for.

You mean like using swype?

Either way, have you downloaded the Playstation App to your smartphone (hate that word) or tablet?

I downloaded it to my Galaxy S4 and you can type there, in fact the App is pretty well thought out & works incredibly well.

Packed up my PS4 and I'll wait until EB calls for my replacement, I've tried everything to get my games to work and I was getting angry thinking about it. I hope Sony is restocking stores quickly. I absolutely love the controller.


Had to upgrade my internet last night, because I was 65gb (we were capped at 100gb) over our household limit because I had to continually reinstall games and updates. We now are unlimited!!! Wife was pissed, I'm happy that we have unlimited!

Man we really need the option to have a strictly OS BF4 game. My best game in TDM was 10-10 and it was all luck

I am so bad and these other guys have already logged like 30 hours in it + whatever their PS3 hours were. I've played one hour...not even fair. I need some similarily sucky people.

I am terrible at FPS as well, but never see anyone much on from here. Maybe I just don't have everyones PSN updated.

Have not heard the first word spoken on that game either.

I've only heard one guy. Totally weird.

If I had BF4 I could meet those criteria.

I can suck pretty bad at some Killzone too...
