When I want to record my games of madden I just press and hold the share button until the screen pops up and then I exit right back out. I record my entire user games like this. I just press and hold the share button every 15 minutes and I basically have the whole thing saved non-stop. Tapping once will just get you a screenshot. If you press it to where the actual share menu pops up, thats when the automatic last 15 minutes gets stored automatically.

Anyone have issues with their controllers shutting off? I have mine set to auto off at 10 minutes, but I was watching a blu-ray yesterday and it didn't go off until I finally shut it off myself.

I have mine at 30 but sometimes it shuts off, sometimes it doesn't.

Toys r us has a deal today, if you buy any controller PS4 included you get a charger 70% off, so around $7 and change for the charger. $71 with tax for both, just did this myself.

Does the charging station have to be plugged into the PS4 or can it just be plugged into the wall?

I don't really understand how the recording process works. I will be playing 2k when randomly it will stop recording (even though I never manually started recording in the first place).

Also, if I do decide to start recording, how do I stop?

That's the one I have as well.
Quick to charge/recharge and fits nicely out of the way on the desk.

Now I just need to land another PS4! (gave my first one away).
