I started playing at 12:30pm yesterday and played until 9:15 and they were still going...although we did take about 45 minute break for dinner...

NBA Live 14 is not a horrible game by any stretch of the imagination. When I first played it I thought "man this game sucks", but when you get past how ugly it LOOKS next to 2k14 then you'll be able to see that it actually plays a pretty darn good game of basketball.

In what way? I mean that seriously. I've seen a bunch of videos and I can choose to make whatever assumptions about them I'd like (and I have), but what might there be in the gameplay itself that someone who just watches the videos might be missing out on?

6 hrs may be generous as I have not timed mine, but it seems I am changing controllers every day or two. Out of all the possible issues we could have seen with this console, if this is the only major issue, then I am happy. I think Sony knocked it out of the park and with a few more updates, their greatness motto will be legit.

The spacing is phenomenal, running plays feels like its done correctly with 2-3 different options per play, the feel when players get tired, pull-up jumpers off of picks, and so much more. I would not recommend the game to a casual basketball fan, because it will be difficult for them to get past the graphics.

As a side note I never said that you couldn't make assumptions, so I'm not sure where that came from.

With that said, the game is not worth $59.99 but if you get it for sub $40 then it's a pretty good deal. It's a nice change of pace.

Been watching some War Thunder footage from people who created an EU account and downloaded it. Looks very fun, a lot like the IL2/Birds Of Steel console games from current gen days. Trying to be patient and wait for the US release, which has been delayed and not updated as far as I know.

Been watching some War Thunder footage from people who created an EU account and downloaded it. Looks very fun, a lot like the IL2/Birds Of Steel console games from current gen days. Trying to be patient and wait for the US release, which has been delayed and not updated as far as I know.

Really want this to come out. I am a sucker for old war flight sims.

I've given it a couple chances on PC and can't get through the tutorials. I'm just so horrible at it.
