Oh well if you're talking about downloading, i definitely agree. Downloads are waaay faster. Hell BF4 a full game, took only like 20 minutes to download,i was pleasantly surprised by how fast it was. I was talking about playing games online though, that's where i don't really see a difference, they're both pretty smooth to me.

Re: PlayStation 4 Discussion
Download speeds are definitely faster than they were on PS3, but if you actually downloaded Battlefield 4 in 20 minutes, I'm insanely jealous of your internet service. My guess is that you just downloaded enough to start playing in 20 minutes while it continued downloading the rest since PS4 allows you to do that.Oh well if you're talking about downloading, i definitely agree. PlayStation Network Offline For Six Hours on Monday (27 Jan): http://www.ign.com/articles/2014/01/...ours-on-monday
Sony has announced it's taking PSN down for six hours on Monday January 27 to perform mandatory maintenance.
In Europe, the maintenance will take place between 5.30pm and 11.30pm GMT, while North America will have the PSN taken down between 9.30am PT/12pm ET and 3.30pm PT/6.30pm ET.
If you've signed into the PlayStation Network any time since January 20, you'll be able to play games online and access apps like Netflix without issues. The PS Store, PlayStation Home and Account Management won't be available though.
In other words, make sure you sign into PSN this weekend if you're looking to get some online gaming done on Monday!Comment

Re: PlayStation 4 Discussion
I hate Chris Paul so much, my first ever playoff series in nba2k14 MyPlayer is going to give me an ulcer. Down 3-2, was 1-0 then lost 3 straight. All games 2-3 point difference between winning and losing.

Someone enjoying 2k14??
How dare you!

I could actually be tempted by 2k14...but the ****storm surrounding that game makes me think if I put the disc in my PS4, it will explode.
I'd just want to do some play now games with my 90's Sonics, and play a season with the Grizzlies, you know, just controlling the team like in Season Modes of old.GO 'HAWKS!

Yeah, I only play MyPlayer, I don't touch the other modes, which is why my exposure to the problems are pretty much limited to when the servers are down completely, and even then I was only playing is occasionally during their big issues over the holiday.Someone enjoying 2k14??

Still pretty sour on the VC stuff, but it hasn't been as much of an obstacle for me.
3-3. Suck it Chris Paul. Now to win the series at home in Sacramento. Or likely just lose it.Comment

Re: PlayStation 4 Discussion
Yeah, it's a fun game to play in quick matches. I really wish they didn't remove the random button though. My friends and I use it all the time and it gives us a good variety of matchups. Now, it's just selecting favorite teams and it's usually the same teams over and over. No one touches the suns, twolves, lakers and others.
