What’s New in Version 1.70.13
- Notification alerts are now supported.

- Pictures you take on your iPad, iPhone, or iPod touch can now be set as your profile picture.

I know this is something for the iPad and stuff,but I was reading through the notes for the PS4 update,and for some reason I may have missed these 2 items.

I hope this is something that will be in the PS4 update as well...especially the notification alert...I'm assuming this would mean that we will be able to see when somebody comes online?

I would also like the option to put something else in my profile pic other than those goofy PS avatars....it would be nice if we could somehow upload an image from our PC's...or just be able to use a thumbdrive to import pics.

New DUALSHOCK 4 Options: New light bar settings have been added for DUALSHOCK 4, allowing you to change it to Bright, Medium or Dim in the Settings menu.

They snuck this one in there! I'm glad they addressed the issue -- I'l be setting mine to dim immediately.

CP, I think the notification alerts are identified on the ipad and iphone screens. Also, if you look at the screens, you'll also see images of profile pics. Scroll through all the images. Check the link provided to confirm. https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/id410896080?mt=8

Getting my 1.5 TB HDD tomorrow. Question, do you have to use a USB with the firmware update on it? Or can you just update from the internet via the PS4?

I don't really have any game saves that I want to keep either. I am pretty sure that the games I play online will be saved on the other side. Like Killzone and BF4. I could be wrong though.

Kind of sucks, because I have two USB drives, but they are too wide. I guess I will just make a run to Best Buy tomorrow sometime.

I might DL Child of Light today, anyone here actually played it yet? The reviews are nice but I always like hearing the voices from this community before I go with a purchase.
