After reading and reading and more reading. I manually setup the connection.

and this did the trick.

I have no idea why but it worked.

Tried this as well as chatted with support. I am at my wits end I can't believe this.

It will not sign me in.....ever. Always times out. What makes it so infuriating is my PS3 logs right in...no issues at all. So its not a problem on my end, and my PS4 is connected to my internet...connection test is always successful.

anybody else having problems with there ps4?


I put it in standby mode yesterday I d/led a couple games off of the ps4 app.... try to boot it up today and it wont turn on... it then said it was in safe mode checking something said my ps4 didn't turn off right? wtf my ps4 wasent even on!!! I had it in standby mode since yesterday at like 1 pm.


and now it finally turns on and demo's I d/led yesterday are d/ling at same time?


I hope this dosen't start acting up everytime I try to d/l something now.

So after three attempts with Sony support to get this PS4 connected I am done.

I contacted Amazon and a brand new console is heading to my home and will be here in two days.

I have a lemon and want a brand new one. $400 bones is no joke. Not fooling around anymore. It is defective no doubt. Something is not right inside there somewhere. Everything in my home is connected, my PS3 connects no issues.

Moving on from the lemon. Hopefully the new one works properly.

It's been a week since I posted about ordering the Gold headset from newegg. It's my first experience with newegg as well, but it hasn't been a positive one. They haven't even shipped my order yet despite charging my card on 8/11. Definitely would have just ordered off Amazon for $80 with prime shipping if I knew it was going to take quite a few business days for the package to even ship. UPS tracking gives me basically the same information, just order has been processed.

ODogg, have you received your order yet?

I have contacted Newegg, but they said it would take 3-5 more business days to confirm whether or not they have shipped the product. I really just want to be refunded at this point, but they won't issue a refund until at least 3-5 more business days which is basically going to be next Monday..

Someone else mention problems with the bumper(s) on their dual shocks? One of mine the right bumper is 'squishy' - as in it gives a bit more than the left side, isn't as solid.

Naturally this is the one I bought at launch, rather than the pack-in DS4 that came with my console that's having the stick peeling issue.

Yeah just got an update on the UPS tracking and it says, "A late UPS trailer arrival has caused a delay. We're adjusting plans to deliver your package as quickly as possible." Damn, just my luck.

I was going to get Diablo until I saw it was 67 GB... When I finally get an external drive, I will get it. It will probably be cheaper then anyways.
