Themes Coming to PS4 and Vita, Live from PlayStation App Vita-bound

Early this morning, Sony Computer Entertainment Japan Asia (SCEJA) held a press conference in Tokyo where some new features were announced for both PS4 and PS Vita. In case you missed it, I’m happy to confirm that Themes, one of the most popular features from PlayStation 3, are coming to PS4 and PS Vita this fall with system software updates coming to both platforms.


With these two updates (v2.00 for PS4 and v.3.30 for PS Vita), you’ll be able to reflect your personality across all your PlayStation systems — PS4, PS3, and PS Vita! Themes are among the most requested features from PS4 owners, so we’re eager to offer them and will share more about the feature in the coming weeks. Here’s a sneak peek of what the PS4 & PS Vita home screens will look like with customized Themes.

Not only is Persona 5 next year on PS4... but now Disgaea 5 as well.

What a great year. Unsure when Dragon Quest Heroes will be, but I'm always down for a Musou game in one of my favorite IPs.

If you loved Resogun, go download Velocity 2X. Run to do so. It is free for PS+ users and it is amazing.

The whole handshaking thing is quite the annoyance. Are there any fixes out there that straightens this out?

Spent a good 3+ minutes switching inputs to get everything up and going.

I don't play online at all, I enjoy the career modes. Fun game.

Just got this email from Best Buy, guess that means they are shipping it today?

Apparently no, this means they are going to put my order on backorder for a month and a half (mid October). I just canceled and ordered a black one from Ratuken for $35 (using paypal).

I was going to say cancel it gamestop has the white one available now in the stores
