Any one else have controller lag issues? My controller will work fine then suddenly all the controls seem to lag or be unresponsive. Currently I just pause the game and change my controller when this happens. Any thoughts?

I experience this as well and you can rebuild database in safemode or try resetting the DS4 on back of controller with paperclip

I hope one day we get some good books or something about the history of the consoles from those in the trenches. Some good glimpses here and another testament to how much Sony changed to get to where it's at with the PS4.

My stupid controller L2 button sticks every time I press it. Guess I'll have to take it apart and figured out why it's doing it.

might wanna try a lil wd-40 for it just a lil squirt and work it in i had problem with mine wasent sticking but was making a squeaking noise and was brand new asked here and somebody told me about that and hasent squeaked since.

Had the same problem with my first controller, in my case one of the pegs on the hinge had broken. I gorrilla glued it back which worked for a few days. You can buy replacement buttons on ebay.

Found one on eBay for $46. I am guessing it's digital considering it says code within 12 hours. I do know they have them down to $40 for a year on eBay here and there on the daily deals

Does anyone know if it's possible to turn off the "uploading storage data" on the PS4? I'm growing tired of the constant notifications that the upload can not be done. It seems to never work, I don't care if it works, I want to shut it off forever. Thanks

I just want to be able to change my PSN name. I would pay for it.


I had the same ID for several years and then the ID froze up on my PS3.

I had to make a new name in a pinch and ended up sticking with it and now I don't want to surrender my friends list, trophies, etc just for the name.

It is. I just did it last night because I too was sick or the error notifications. It's in settings, online storage, options button and you can turn off auto upload.

I had this happen to my R2 button i took it apart and fixed it though. There are some sweet tutorials on youtube on how to do this, its easy.
