I have seen people use pics and what not when streaming playroom. So I am asking is there a way to use custom pics on the ps4 through flash drive?

No not on the PS4 itself. It's done using second screen functionality in the Playroom, either through the PS app or the Vita.

Yikes, Sony now noncommittal that the PS+ version of Driveclub will ever be released. What a mess.

Perhaps this will get walked back, but at this point I'd be surprised if we just didn't get the game for free and they left the DLC on PS+ at the end of the year or next spring after they exhaust their dlc release schedule.

Where did you read that? I know the developers have been updating the game monthly, and within those updates/notes they mentioned various preps for release of the PS+ Edition.

Sony Computer Entertainment Europe president and CEO Jim Ryan seemed reticent when talking to Metro about the state of the version previously-announced as being free to PS Plus subscribers.

"That’s still being looked at," he said when asked about whether it was still planned, before adding "I can’t say anything at this stage," when pushed on the point.

I'd have expected something more hopefully/optimistic than a relative denial from a bigwig, or a 'it's not something I'm actively involved with' distancing to add context.

We'll see if it gets clarified after all the ink it's getting today.

At this point, I think every PlayStation exec should be briefed on several topics that you just KNOW somebody is going to ask them about every time they appear in public, like Driveclub PS+, The Last Guardian, etc.

Which has a higher chance of ever coming to fruition, a PS Plus version of Driveclub or The Last Guardian?


My money is on neither, but if I had to pick one it would be TLG. I think the full driveclub game will be on PS plus sometime next year.

I don't think it makes sense to release it before Summer if they can't within the next week.

You could go head to head, but that's really unnecessary.

I'd want to hook people well before project cars or wait until well after it launched

Although currently we do not have an update regarding the timing for the launch of the PS Plus Edition, we are continually working on improving the server capacity to enable us to launch the PS Plus Edition as quickly as possible.

I get the broken promise and the reasoning if someone told me they were upset, but any fan of racing games should own DriveClub by now.

Game is a blast to play.
