I agree. Drive Club for me is better than PC. Drive Club leans more towards the arcade side of racing than the sim side. I have Project Cars but found myself playing Drive Club alot more. I can just fire up drive club and go. With project cars, it feels more like a chore to me to play.

Re: PlayStation 4 Discussion
Forza Horizon 2 has kinda ruined anything w/ cars in it for me at this point. Playing Batman and the batmobile feels floaty and doesn't have weight, play Project Cars and the description above is pretty accurate for me too... feels like a chore.
DC being more arcade or at best a middle ground sounds great to me. Interested in finally trying it. Having FH2 I'm not sure we'll upgrade to the full version, but the price is right.
How comparable is Driveclub to GRID? Might be my favorite racer, just for the destruction derby track.Last edited by mestevo; 06-24-2015, 01:30 PM.Comment

Agree wholeheartedly with this. Despite stumbling at launch and rather than just giving up, I was happy to see that the devs were supporting this game and working to make it better. Im curious to hear if they are working on drive club 2.Last edited by ckarlic; 06-24-2015, 04:43 PM.PSN: ckarlic

Re: PlayStation 4 Discussion
Is there any way to customize the home screen of the PS4 to do any of the following:
1) Take an app like netflix out of the TV/Video folder and put it into the main scroll (not sure if that is the best word) on its own?
2) Make a folder for games so that they are all in that folder instead of in the main scroll.
3) Lock the order of the scroll so that the apps/games are in the same order all the time instead of in order of last use.
Thanks for any help with this.Comment

I'm the complete opposite. Drive club is too arcade for me and is too bare bones for my liking. The game doesn't allow you to disable driving aids at all. I guess it's because I love sim racers, but to me PC destroys driveclub. Plus PC has real tracks and because the frame rate is higher than 30fps it feels a lot smoother.

Re: PlayStation 4 Discussion
Just downloaded Drive Club and this game is brutal. Feels like a total arcade mess and has zero sim to it. Also it looks much nicer in screen shots.
Forza is not or even PCComment

I guess I'll just hold out hope for Gran Turismo ever gracing the PS4.

Re: PlayStation 4 Discussion
I have it downloaded and downloaded a bunch of cars. I'm still planning on playing it and possibly upgrading, but I still like having a sim in the library.
PC went out the window for me when they announced PC2 and I saw pk500's exchange with the company man.

Re: PlayStation 4 Discussion
I was a sim guy for the most-part, until DC, and I thoroughly enjoyed it (even more than PCars, to this point). Everyone is different tho.

The game is a mess on the xbox, but I have it on the PS4 and it's an awesome sim game. I prefer PC's physics to forza's, but forza has a lot more car selection.NBA2K is the standard of sports games period.Comment

You're knocking the game for something that it never promised. Driveclub isn't marketed as a sim.Comment
