Re: PlayStation 4 Discussion
The way I have my setup doesn't allow me to go wired. I have good internet speeds, so getting 5g internet is huge for me and I can already tell the difference in download speeds. I rarely used my Xbox One since I got my PS4 for obvious reasons.
It was a well 44 bucks spent for me. Thanks for the opinions.

Re: PlayStation 4 Discussion
Just picked up my Slim earlier. I'm currently transferring everything from my old PS4 over, then the OG PS4 is moving upstairs.
I really like the design of the Slim. Didn't really notice a difference in the controller, but I haven't actually played anything with it yet.

Re: PlayStation 4 Discussion
I wish it had back grip like the new One controllers. Love how they feel.
Had my PS4 Slim on for about 4 hours straight now, whisper quiet. haven't run a game on disc yet, played some For Honor"Successful people do not celebrate in the adversity or misfortune of others."

Re: PlayStation 4 Discussion
Yeah, I sold my OG PS4 a month ago for $250, so I paid $50 out of pocket for the slim. Threw in a 1TB HD in when I got home. Now downloading nba 2k17. Overall, it's whisper quiet. Hopefully it remains that way when playing a game.
The controller feels good, because it's new. Otherwise there's not much difference. I love how quiet it is though. Like the x1s, you can't even tell that it's on.Twitter - WTF_OS

Re: PlayStation 4 Discussion
I was gonna trade mine in or sell it but I figured to keep to around for when I eventually play it on Pro with a 4k display.....at some point in the hopefully not too distant future"Successful people do not celebrate in the adversity or misfortune of others."

Are you guys finding 1TB adequate or do you think you'll eventually up it to 2TB?

Re: PlayStation 4 Discussion
I thought for sure I'd never need anything more than 1TB, but I've had to delete a few games. I've got just over 100GB left now.
The 1TB works for me, but 2TB is better if you want all your games handy.
Edit: On my 1TB, The OS uses 144GB, so only 856GB is usable. And the last 50GB or so is essentially unusable since the PS4 needs it when it downloads patches.Last edited by LowerWolf; 09-15-2016, 08:53 PM.Comment
