As a PS4 PRO owner this respond from Sniper Elite 3 Dev really irks me

What do you think of PlayStation 4 Pro and which enhancements are you planning for this version? Is the Pro console powerful enough to deliver 4K gaming?

We are very excited about the possibilities of the PS4 Pro and definitely plan to explore some of the features to deliver a unique experience to the Pro owners, without being unfair towards the PS4 players

Not being fair? They both use different GPU's so what you do for the PRO has no bearing on vanilla....That upsets me if that is the thinking from devs

So in other words PRO owners might have to get use to just rez bump and not better textures and lighting?

People in this very thread months and months ago were pretty firm saying this shouldn't be considered a different console, that PS4 Pro sales should be counted towards the normal PS4 tally, etc. Well, here we are.

Give it time. Sony doesn't want to piss off base PS4 owners too much this early.

A few add-ons every now and then.

I missed out on the PSN $10 and the Best Buy $5. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong.

Damn, that's strange. I got $10 after I bought my pro. About a week after.., but I only recently started buying games digital.

Question to everyone. I have a PS4, the one when Destiny first released. Is there any reason I should shell out money to upgrade to pro? Or do you think it's really more beneficial to those who don't already have a PS4?

Just my 2 cents, but the pro is mostly worth an upgrade if you the proper type of set or money isn't an issue.

So I was able to confirm why I never got a $10 for buying the pro but gone one a month earlier

The $10 is for buying a slim or a pro

If you got the slim then you got the code and if you got the pro after you get the code but not both times

I did not get it for the PRo since I got it for the Slim

If you got it for the PRO it means you did not have a slim before

If you only have base vanilla ps4 then you do not get one unless you buy a slim or pro

So I was able to confirm why I never got a $10 for buying the pro but gone one a month earlier



The $10 is for buying a slim or a pro



If you got the slim then you got the code and if you got the pro after you get the code but not both times



I did not get it for the PRo since I got it for the Slim



If you got it for the PRO it means you did not have a slim before



If you only have base vanilla ps4 then you do not get one unless you buy a slim or pro

I have a Pro. Did not get the slim but had the original ps4. Didn't get $10

did you set the pro as the active console? the credit comes in the notifications section under FROM PLAYSTATION....I think if you have the other ps4 as the primary then it will not work but if you do then you might just have to wait a few more days as it seems it goes out in batches depending on if you were a day one or not

Why would sony want to give you a 10 coupon for buying their console...So not only are they releasing a better console then what their huge base have but give you 10 dollars?

No the 10 given was to celebrate the PSN store anniversary and it went out in batches which you just got recently and others last month

Bought the Slim when it came out and bought the Pro when it came out as well.
