did you set the pro as the active console? the credit comes in the notifications section under FROM PLAYSTATION....I think if you have the other ps4 as the primary then it will not work but if you do then you might just have to wait a few more days as it seems it goes out in batches depending on if you were a day one or not

I got my Pro on Day One, activated it the first day and got nothing.

I have not gotten my 10$ coupon and I purchased a pro on launch day. I had two OG consoles prior to the pro and I could of used the coupon as I bought three games during the black Friday and flash sale.

My backlog says hello to BF1, Doom, and the backlog would like to give a special welcome back shout out to GTA 5. I sold it sometime last year and with it being 30$ digitally, it was way to good of a deal to pass up.

My main take away was the difficulty ramped up on it really quick. The tracks are beautiful but there's only two location/themes so it it goes stale. The mp was non existent when I played it for a couple weeks after release. I was hoping some old racing buddies would pick it up but it never really caught hold.

Question to everyone. I have a PS4, the one when Destiny first released. Is there any reason I should shell out money to upgrade to pro? Or do you think it's really more beneficial to those who don't already have a PS4?

I think just wait for ps5. With ps5 most likely games will be 4k real 4k not just checkerboarding and pro is basically like a half gen jump where ps4 to ps5 will be your for gen jump. Also if I where to guess I would say most sales of the pro are to people that didn't have a ps4 yet because if you don't have a ps4 you might has well get the more powerful ps4 for only 100 more. I would guess about 90% of the pro sales are to people who didn't have a ps4 and only 10% are to people who had a ps4 and are upgrading. If you got the ps4 for 400 and then say trade in the system for the pro even if you get 150 trade in for ps4 that means you would be paying 250 to upgrade so now you have spent 650 on ps4 plus tax.

I think it has something to do with some sort of % off sale that target is doing today and amazon trying to match it. If this system would have had a 2 TB hard drive I would be all over this. You can get 125 for old normal ps4 by trade in at a lot of place. So that would basically put the upgrade down to 214 and then to buy a 2 TB hard drive cost around 90. So that would then basically put the system down to 124. For only a little over 100 I would upgrade. But no 2 TB hard drive so I already bought a 2tb hard drive. I wonder how low the pro will go for this time next year. I already expect the pro's price to be cut to 350-300 around the time Scorpio comes out next year and then with holiday sales who knows maybe this time next year it will be possible to get for like 250.

Most likely around 3 years away but like I said I think ps5 will be real 4k not checkerboarding and they will be able to take full advantage of the systems power has they will not have to worry about piss of people with a ps4 like how they are trying to not piss of people that already had a ps4 with the pro by not making exclusives for the pro. I just don't like this mid gen upgrade thing to much like a pc and cost more to upgrade. I think it would have been better to just wait for ps5 then having a pro come out. Plus not having a 4k bluray player in the system is bs and I think cost Sony some sales. I would have been much more likely to upgrade had it had a 4k bluray player in it.

If you already have a 2TB hard drive what difference does it make if the Pro comes with one or not? Just swap yours in.

I am sure in three years the PS5 and whatever Microsoft has will blow this stuff out of the water. Regardless, games like NBA 2K and FIFA look stunning right now. I am excited for The Show and Madden, to see what they look like.
