I see it, but not always to that extent, and it's actually just a notification delay. The screenshot is taken at the exact time you press the button. The system then processes the image. Are you saving screenshots as PNG?

I personally had the notification pop-up turned off for screenshots, but I still get the chime, which is delayed.

I think it's saving as JPEG. Also, I notice the pic notification pops up on some of the pics which is annoying.

Do you have a Pro? That was a reported bug in the beta. Guess they didn't bother to fix it for final release lol

Yea I'm on the pro. I was taking a bunch of pics while playing Horizon last night and the delay was driving me nuts.

Working fine for me...I'm using the setting where you hold the button for about a second to take a screenshot. Then I see the screenshot notification icon in the upper left.

I'm using the option where you click the button once then it takes the pic.

Does anyone with a Pro that uses HDR know what the best settings for taking screenshots or broadcasting to YouTube. For some reason by screenshots are really dark when I upload them and the colors on my YouTube videos are way off. Is turning off HDR the only option?

As someone who has played and completed the stories in both (not 100%ed), I would strongly recommend Watch Dogs 2. WD2 is superior to Mafia 3 in many ways, and felt like a $60 game. Mafia 3, not so much. I enjoyed it, but it becomes really repetitive really quickly.

I would still recommend both to anyone who enjoys open world games, but Mafia 3 became a grind IMO.

Also, if you're playing on a PRO, Watch Dogs 2 is a beautiful game.

Keep it in rest mode and it should DL automatically

It will only DL automatically if you have your PS4 marked as your Primary system.

It says right before you upload the videos that they may look different when using HDR.... Maybe they have it set that way cause only people with HDR would be able to view your videos.... I'm not entirely sure... But I get the same thing.

I notice a slight delay but more like 1 second or 2 seconds, nowhere close to 10 seconds. And its not a delay on taking the screenshot but more like a delay on showing that you took the screenshot.

I've not changed anything on my Pro and my screenshots look ok. I've not done videos yet though.

When I sold my Slim before the Pro launch I forgot to deactivate it as primary. I have to wait awhile longer before I can deactivate the Slim from my PSN account online. I felt like the biggest idiot because I remember making note of it beforehand, I just forgot to do it day of.

Yeah, I get the pop-up message too. I guess turning off HDR is the only option for streaming because videos really don't look good on YouTube. I assume it's the same for Twitch, as well.

I've not changed anything on my Pro and my screenshots look ok. I've not done videos yet though.

I'm not sure if it's my if it's HDR or TV settings or what, but the screenshots on my old PS4 are much brighter than on the Pro. For the record, my TV the screen doesn't seem as dark while I'm playing. Maybe turning up the settings (brightness or backlight) would help, but I don't want to go full blowtorch mode.

I agree. I liked both games a lot. Overall I think Watch Dogs 2 is the more complete package, though. Both games are Pro enhanced but it seems like WD2 got more Pro love, as well, if that is a factor at all.

I thought I heard other people mention it before but I wanted to ask anyway to make sure. Thing is I'm kind of more eager to play Mafia 3 but I heard all the complaints about the AI and I know Watch dogs might be a more polished game. But I think I'll take you guys advice and play Mafia 3 first.

Although although it will be a minute before I get to it since I just started Arkham Knight (so far it's awesome!)
I don't even have a pro but I'm still in awe of how these games look. They look so good which makes me so much more immerse in the games. Every time I play Madden or NBA 2K17 or WWE 2K17 I just can't believe what I'm playing.

HDR definitely makes the picture darker.... there is nothing wrong with your system or tv or anything.

That's why some recommend turning up the brightness if need be sometimes.

Well, just got our tax return numbers and I'm happy (we're not paying) with it. Looking at a 4K TV, but don't want to break the bank either, as the wife and I would like to also use part of the return on a vacation. Can I get a good 4K TV for under $1,000?



Certainly will also be looking at getting a Pro system as well.

I got the "55 Hisense , they have a "65 , it goes for $700, I have been so happy with my set

The OCD nerd inside of me is getting desperate for someone to publish a comparison of a hard drives being tested internally vs externally with the new update. I've seen some posts on other sites of people posting comparisons between the stock drive and external SSD but that doesn't help me figure out if external is truly faster than internal on the Pro, because it's not the same drive being compared.

I might just have to do it myself if I get impatient enough. Though I am sure DF is working on it somewhere
