I had this issue and it was my charge cable. I was using one of those cheap ones off of amazon and it did all sorts of funky things to my ps4 including input lag. Maybe try a different cable? Or disregard what I just said since the issue is still there even when using bluetooth.

Yeah it happens over bluetooth. I'm considering buying a 15 ft micro USB cable and just hardwire to the PS4 at night since it never happens any other time of the day. Could internet traffic over WiFi somehow effect the bluetooth connection to the controller? I wouldn't think so but my house does have quite a few devices hooked up and running off the WiFi at the time of night when the problem begins. I don't have anything else running off bluetooth in the house so that couldn't have anything to do with it. I'm confused and after trying to manage it for awhile it got ridiculously bad last night so figured maybe someone smarter then myself here could lend a hand.

I'm having a really weird issue and it's beginning to drive me nuts at this point. Every night like clockwork I start to have some form of input lag with my controller, doesn't happen any time of the day but the same window at night. When I'm playing The Show, when you move the ball cursor around to locate where you want to throw a pitch it jumps all over the place, stops moving and gets stuck briefly etc. When throwing the pitch, using classic, I'll release the button and a split second after it will rumble like I'm still holding the button down when I've clearly already released it. Then when hitting there are times I press to swing and the batter never takes the bat off his shoulder, I mean it's gotten beyond stupid at this point and makes playing the game near impossible when it begins.

Anyone have any idea what could be causing this? I've never had this problem but now it's been ongoing for the last month or so at minimum and I can't figure out what could be causing it. I've turned my laptop off, turned off internet to the PS4, turned WiFi off on my cell, nothing seems to work. Surely the bluetooth connection between the PS4 and the controller isn't so weak that it can lose signal so easily off and on causing such a terribly laggy experience can it? Thanks in advance.

I have the same problem. I thought it was just me. I usually get my other controller and use it instead.

Then anyone using your PS4 has access to your digital library and can play online. No issues for you (but they can't access your paid DLC).

That's just it, it was happening to my old controller so I went and bought a new one and it's happening to that one as well. I bought a 15ft cable online and will see if I can hardwire my controller at night when the problems typically occur and see if that solves it. From what I can tell the newer controllers can be played while hardwired (although I thought the previous versions could anyways but I could be wrong) so hopefully that solves it as I don't have the issue at all during the day only in that one window at night.

Damn. Fifa 17 sold over 10m excluding digital and almost 8m in Europe for PS4 alone. Would be an excellent business move for Sony.

Saw this. As far as KH goes it's just becoming something of a farce now. Problem is they've run out of remaster material now - I really thought we'd be nearing the release once the last one was out.

Not much to comment on with the FF7 one since it already seemed like that was a long ways off.

That's not the case, my son is listed as a user my PS4 is set to primary and it will ask him to sign into PlayStation network when he tries to play and he doesn't have a PSN network login

If you want to share games with your son like I said before, you have to put your PSN account on his PS4 and make it the primary so that he can play whatever you buy and he won't have to be online to play the games. But on your PS4 you will have to be logged in to play the your games.

Me and my friend have been doing this for over a year now. my PS4 is his primary and his PS4 is my primary. Any game I purchased I have to be online to play it even if it's just a single player game because I have to be connected to verify it.

We only have one PS4 and that how it is setup, he can play all my games right now, but he can not play any of the games online. It's setup the way you stated already he just can't game online
