Finally got A 4k HDR LG 55 inch Ultra HD TV this weekend I connected my PS4 pro & at 1st I got nervous because it say 4k hdr wasn't supported 2k only. But my tv listed it had both as features but then I found the work around on the net that makes it show 2k & 4k supported so I was relived & so I decided to test it out

Played Madden & injustice 2 on it last night & I don't know if it's me but the graphics look insane now & the colors on Madden look realistic & not washed out as does the fields same with injustice 2


Guys like Atrocis body now looks so real instead of looking like plastic robotic gear & not looking real

Overall the games look really beautiful & can say I'm blown away & didn't realize what I've been missing! Breathing a whole new life into the ps4 for me now

It's like i finally unlocked the true power of the pro!

try playing diablo if you have it, wow, colors and lighting look insane on that versus regular

I also have been getting messages from random people I dont know. Saying "are you there?" and just "hey"... one of the screen names was "twisted kisser" that sent a message while my wife and I were watching netflix... so had to calm my wife down when that one popped up and tell her it was a spam message, lol.

I'm a high school teacher, and teach on a SMART Board (basically a touchscreen projector screen), so it projects my desktop computer as I'm giving lecture notes. I have G-mail notifications enabled, so every so often students will see a pop-up in the bottom right corner with a title and header, etc.

Anyway, earlier today as I was teaching, an e-mail notification popped up from somebody named "Jimmey" titled with an eight, four equal signs, and a capital d. I was perhaps the last person to see it, before I quickly rushed to close the notification.

However, I couldn't help but burst out laughing because of the student laughter and the comments they were making.

"Who's Jimmey, Mr. Robinson?"
"Open it!"
"[*sigh*] On the school servers, Mr. Robinson???"
"Don't let us in on your private life!!"
"You should reply to that." "Looks like that e-mail was a reply."

They're immature, but it was laugh-out-loud hilarious. Couldn't stop for a while because it turned from a serious math lecture into raunchy comedy. I'm convinced it was a student in the class, but I had every bit of trouble tracing who it was. One of those "As the son of a ***** wheeled away..." kind of moments, haha.

It's just one of those things that you let slide once, I guess. Would have been funnier if it was real spam, because I still feel the majority of the class thinks it was some random online person sending that to me.

The worst part was my lecture was on exponential growth and decay. They would not let the euphemisms lay to rest!

Combined at the same point in time xbox360 and ps3 had sold about 65.9 million compared to ps4 and its 60 million. ps4 is about 24.3 million ahead of ps3 at the same time and I think ps4 is still like right around what ps2 had at its same point in time but I would need to find something else to no for sure about that one. Also it looks like xbox 360 sales are around what xboxone sales are at as I have heard that xboxone sales are at about 30 million now.

Here's a random *** question. I'm deaf in one ear so, I basically can't use headphones with the PS4 bc then I won't hear ANYTHING happening on the right side of my character. Is there any sort of setting to force all sound to both headphones? So I can hear everything out of the left ear bud?

I think With the New PSn sale I'll be spending about $40 for some good games I haven't played yet. This is why I really like PlayStation, they always have great deals. MS needs to start getting on the ball and start giving us customers some deals like this.

Ugh...you guys are gonna make me get a PSN subscription and buy more games I won’t be able to finish.

I was actually looking at that God of War III Remaster because I’ve never played a GoW game and it’s cheap.

I think they generally both have some great deals, not sure what you're taking about.

I think Sony has more indie type games so it might seem like they have more on sale.

Only thing I see:

PS4 error CE-34878-0 fix

The PlayStation 4 error CE-34878-0 can usually be fixed without having to re-install the PS4 system software. Here’s what you need to do to fix the error:

Restart the system and try again. Make sure the latest game patches and PS4 system software has been installed.
If the error persists, re-install the game (re-download if its a downloadable title), and try again.
If the error still persists, you’ll have to re-install the PS4 system software. Go to Settings, then to Initialization, and choose Initialize PS4. Be sure to back up your data before doing this.

Have you tried rebuilding the database? I don't know if that will help but it's worth a shot. And easier than re-downloading the game or reinstalling the system software.

I uploaded all of my game save information to the PS+ Could, ensured all of my games are on my external HD, and started the Initialization process.

I had previously tried to rebuild the database, but that didn't work. I hope this fixes it.. there's literally nothing else to try.

I see Until Dawn and Game of Thrones are the freebies next month. That's a very solid offering, I enjoyed both games a lot. I've been wanting to run through Until Dawn again lately, so this works out perfect.

GoT isn't a top tier Telltale game, but a good run through if you're a fan of the series. I'm not sure how much enjoyment someone who doesn't watch would get out of it, though.
