I don't mean this in a bad way, but I think Daniel is just a contrarian.

Hahaha. I can definitely say that I usually disagree with the majority.

That is all fine and dandy but wait until you go out some dark, cold and rainy night without a cell phone and get two flat tires in the middle of nowhere. I did that once, well I had my cell phone with me but the battery wasn't charged all the way. It was ok at first but after having no tow show up, my battery dying and out in the middle of nowhere..well it wasn't fun.

Now my phone battery is always maxed and/or on charge after that night. No sireee.....not doing that again.

I have my old 360 and PS3 connected to the internet all the time but I never play anything online. Just not into it. As far as the cell phone thing goes I have an older flip top phone that I leave in the car on the off chance I get a flat or breakdown. Everywhere I go I see these kids and young adults with their cell phones tethered to their behinds. I just do not get it at all. They take the phones in to restaurants with them ignoring their company. Rude if you ask me. Now if you are using it for business or need to stay in touch with family or a baby sitter that's one thing.
The world was meant to be seen at 3 miles an hour not at supersonic speed. Why you got so many GD nuts walking around now.

Another purchase made based on Boltman's suggestion and feedback. I let him and Rezneffix talk me into the LG 27" 4K UHD monitor and I don't regret it one bit.. so I have faith in this purchase.

I'm not sure how I feel about being wired, but I noticed since changing my sensitivity to 100% for BF1 my hand cramps a little. I think this may fix it.

I'm older and I'm the one that suggested Chase to make the move to 100 heh. That's what I use, of course every time a new shooter comes out there's that learning curve. But yea it's rough in the early going.

Wow...I usually lower all the sensitivity in every game to around 10/20 if it goes to 100. If it's single digits, I usually go down to 2 or 3. I hate that when I move the camera, it zooms around when I only want it to do around a little bit.

Really don't know where to ask this so I'll try here.

Do we have an android gaming section? I have a few questions.

                            Re: PlayStation 4 Discussion

I had some fun times fixing my PS4 the last couple days. Last night it wouldn't load any game, displayed an error code (np-36006-5) and would log me out of psn. After some googlefu, with not a whole lot of verified info on that code, sounds like some corrupt data in regards to trophies. I tried all the fixes like rebuilding the database and uninstalling/reinstalling the suspected game that caused the corruption.

Nothing works and the only advice left points towards deleting my whole profile and re-adding it. Deleting removes that profiles save data, screenshots, vids, and other settings like folders. Save Data is on the cloud, easy. Settings can be redone, easy enough. Pics and Vids, holy crap! I had almost 180 GB of that. Thats a lot of trophy pics and 15 minute videos I saved for 10 seconds worth of action. So I dig out the external drive and and use the Capture Gallery to save it all.

Now today I delete the profile and re-add it. It's alive! I can load games again. So I download all the saved data from the cloud, one by one since sony loves to forgo "select all" options. Then I realize that none of the pics and vids can be transferred back to the PS4 from the external drive. The only way to do that is using the Backup/Restore option. Cant do that anymore obviously because I used the Save to External option not the Backup option.

Sony badly needs a complete guide to their error codes and fixes for them. Having to rely on reddit and gamefaqs communities for fixes is absurd.

I guess I'll never get around to that Share Factory gaming montage I've always had plans for.

I really wish we could delete items from our library. I've got Beta's and demo's and free games I tried and didn't care for cluttering mine up. Let us get rid of them Sony!

A little more frustration from me....

When I finally got time to game last night I loaded up Mass Effect and resumed from my last save. It didn't look right. Checked the dates on my saves and the latest one was from 6/29. I play at least a little bit almost every night, sometimes hours. That's a lot of time gone.

Powered off and went to bed dejected.

Obviously my fault for not double checking that everything was current on the cloud before wiping my profile but the console was on standby for hours after it copied pics and vids the night before. I just assumed it would have uploaded the most current saves to the cloud in that time.
The playstation doesn't upload to the cloud more often then that? I couldn't find a setting to change anything.
