Anyone using PlayStation vue? I'm considering dropping DIRECTV and going with vue. I'm doing the free trail now and the picture quality doesn't look as good as DIRECTV. Anyone else think this is the case? I can save $55.00 per month making the switch.

A lot of folks here are Vue subscribers, including myself. I haven't regretted the switch from DirecTV for a second. I get all the channels I need with Vue and Watch ESPN, and the price is outstanding.

It's slightly degraded compared to Directv now but I just went back to Vue because Directv doesn't work worth a **** with Amazon Firesticks, not to mention you can't watch Directv now with the console. I was in the middle of a free month from Directv now and I can't deal with that crap even for free.

I haven't spent much time with it yet but I just tried in on my regular PS4 instead of the Pro and the picture looks better. I think it might have something to do with the inputs on my tv. The pro is in 4K @60hz and the regular PS4 is in 4K @30hz. Looks cleaner to me.

Another thing I chose the package one down from the best they offer. The channel listing said it included CBS , NBC, ABC , and Fox. But only CBS is live tv the other 3 are on demand. This will mess up my NFL viewing. Am I missing something?

Edit: I guess I misunderstood when I read the channel listings. No live NBC or Fox won't work for me. Everything else is great but I need live NFL football. Stinks because I really hate DIRECTV.

Local channels are available based on your area code. We have Fox and CBS out here in PHX. I use an over-the-air antenna to get all the local channels, so I just switch to that if I need to watch something on NBC or ABC.

For live channels you can use a good indoor OTA antenna (about 30 bucks). These aren't your fathers antennas and provide a really nice picture (sometimes I think it's better than a picture I would get from cable)

I have Vue and my one concern was I would miss my football this year. I have a Roku and you can get the Fox Sports App and the NBC Sports App on that, so no worries there. I have to still check and see about CBS. There are other options to watching sports too. You can find websites that offer free streaming of any sports games that are live. The picture can be crappy at times but it works and you have to use your computer to watch, but I don't mind.

Tomb Raider and Shadow of Mordor both are significantly improved with the Pro as well. Check those out.

I picked up Rise of the Tomb Raider on sale this morning. You were not kidding this game looks incredible. Really liking the Pro.

Just got the PS4 Pro last week and there is a difference! Have a samsung 4k monitor and Horizon zero dawn is stunning! Now have to figure on what to do with my regular PS4?

US already finessed its users lol I wish they had a option for just multiplayer at like 29.99 for 12 months and then another option for both multiplayer and plus for 59.99. I dont need or want plus only access to play online.
