You do not know those guys? They have a huge following in the industry. They are reporting the document leaked.

But I would not believe it to if it meant I had to wait a full year

No way MS is going to be spending that much coin unless is a full year

Destiny DLC will take a full year to come to xbox one.

    Same will be for TR

Honestly, never heard of them until the video you posted. I don't mind if I have to wait a year especially when I know that I'll most likely get the "complete" and superior version for less money. If that's true, great but if not, I get the game sooner. Either way, I win.

I just don't believe that the time limit is more than six months simply because if it was, it would be confirmed and announced already by Microsoft and they would use it as a bigger marketing push compared to what they're actually doing. Plus, the E3 video at their press conference was a total and complete joke as they should have showed the actual gameplay video with Lara going through the snow. That looked awesome and should have been shown.

As for the price that Microsoft paid, who knows for sure but im guessing that it's at least $1m minimum. Probably more.

The truly funny part is that I think the game is going to bomb sales wise and not come close to what they're expecting it to do for one simple reason - Fallout 4. There's a FAR BIGGER fan base for Fallout 4 than there is for Tomb Raider and unless there's some awesome Xbox One Tomb Raider console bundle, I see it getting crushed by Fallout 4. To me, Microsoft paying for it to be a timed exclusive could easily blow up in their face due to Fallout 4 as no one expected it to be shown at E3 until it was leaked and even then, no one was expecting it to be released November 10th.

It's definitely going to be interesting, that's for sure. As for me, I'll play Tomb Raider eventually one way or the other. In the mean time, if anything, I have too many games to play on PS4 and have a backlog already so if I have to wait a year for Tomb Raider, it could be a huge positive for me depending on what other games get released in the end of 2016. Again, either way, I win no matter when the game gets released.

I mean even Fallout 4 has more of a push for Xbox One than PS4 due to mod support.

Other than that I do agree there are more Fallout fans.

Superior version? Now it makes sense you are just hard core Sony cant do wrong fan? Is cool

But you are not getting a superior version when it will be a port from the xbox one. The game is made from the ground up on xbox one.

Believe me it will sell well. Not as good as Fall Out but it will sell a lot and push console sales this holiday season.

Definitely can't argue with that which is why I think that Fallout 4 takes away a lot of sales from Tomb Raider.

Sony has done several things wrong but still not as much as Microsoft has and Microsoft is still playing catch up due to their beyond horrible debut and E3 two years ago. Phil Spencer is the only reason that the Microsoft brand is starting to look good again. Deny it all you want but their reveal really hurt them especially with the hardcore Xbox 360 fans who switched to PS4.

By superior version, it's because the game will add in all the DLC that gets released on Xbox One which guess what, you'll have to pay for while PS4 users will get it for free. Visually, nearly every single game looks, plays and runs better on PS4 than it does on Xbox One. Basically, it's the opposite of last gen. As for being a port, im pretty sure that they will take advantage of both consoles and if anything, the game being cross-gen will be what holds it back. As for the game being made from the ground up, I seriously doubt that because it's cross-gen and to actually do that since the announcement of it being a timed exclusive, im pretty sure that it would take Crystal Dynamics a lot longer than a year if they're truly building the game from the ground up on the Xbox One. To do that takes years, not months.

I do think that Tomb Raider will sell well but nowhere near what Microsoft's expectations are due to Fallout 4. If you have to choose between them, majority are going to buy Fallout 4. If anything, im one of the few people who would buy Tomb Raider but that's just me.

And im not a Sony fanboy but I am a PlayStation fanboy. There is a difference. After being dumped by Nintendo 22 years ago, Sony's PlayStation crushed Nintendo 64 and surpassed Nintendo. Sony is what Nintendo used to be. Microsoft never has nor never will become that. Funny thing is that if it wasn't for Nintendo dumping Sony, we wouldn't even be having this conversation.

I barely go on IGN let alone read the comments but okay, im sorry. Both consoles have their positives and negatives. I simply prefer PS4 over Xbox One but yet, last gen, I preferred 360 over PS3. Either way, you can't go wrong.

Only difference is that Silent Hill was what a source told them is being worked on before E3

This is an actual leaked document from Square Enix

A leaked document given to them by a source. It might be true, but I'm less likely to trust their rumors.

Waiting a year to get a game for $20 less is a win? How? Any game can be had for that price or less a year later. And often times with the DLC included too. So taking away the option to buy sooner is a win? Lol ok.

I believe this is a MS thread right? So if you do not have an xbox one which you do not....Why post here to tell us how much better the PS4 version will be of anything or blah blah.

There is a PS4 thread. Not much to talk about there but you can post there about all the greatness that is PS4
