Yeah, I was wrong on that one as Spider Man: Miles Morales is officially launching November 12th as a cross-gen PS4 and PS5 title.

God of War Ragnarok .... is this an actual sequel or is it like Miles Morales? Because 2021 seems way too fast.

Anyone understand what that PlayStation Plus Collection thing is?

$400 and $500 is great. Happy the Disc didn't go past $500. But surprised no pre-order date. SMH.


EDIT: FFXVI is a timed console exclusive. Demon's Souls Remake also appears to be going on PC.

FF16 is a PS5 console exclusive. Still coming to PC though.

Yooo Demon Souls is 70 on PS5

Sony said their games will range from 50 to 70 next gen

That means all NEW exclusives will be 70 and smaller dlc type expansions 50

Exactly. I was expecting them to give at least 2-3 days after sending out emails first. Yeah it would suck to scramble to pre-order online then get the email. Only thing that makes sense is they send the emails a couple hours before retailers preorders start. I rather no for certain I didn't get selected, so i can focus on online preorders

Just glad I'm off tomorrow and I always wake up early any way. So I'm ready to preorder

Horizon 2, Sackboy and Miles all confirmed to be cross-gen titles. FFXVI says limited time on the actual trailer itself on youtube. It's at the end on the bottom of the screen in fine print.

I thought we were starting a NEW GENERATION!!! LOL. Jim dance moves Ryan!!! LOL.

Hope everyone keeps the same energy for PS4/PS5 cross-gen titles like they did for Xbox One/Xbox Series X.

I will be shocked if God Of War comes out in 2021

That game will receive multiple delays into 2022

Given that there was no trailer you may be right. Unless it’s like a Miles Morales quick game. 2021 does seem very fast for a true sequel.

I didn't get to see it. Are you referring to MLB The Show, or do you mean the actual PS5 show? Since you didn't capitalize it, I'm assuming the latter.

Kinda feels like stuff like this is why we've only seen the slow trickle of information.

There's also a lot of confusion it seems around backwards compatibility, some given the impression that PS+ Collection is the only backward compatible games. That goes counter to anything they've said previously, but they haven't addressed it in a while so perhaps we'll hear more about that shortly.
