Looking for an HDMI suggestion:

The PS5 HDMI 2.1 cable is a bit too short running through the wall with my setup. I currently have an HDMI cable I bought a year or two ago that is either this one or really similar:

My TV is a samsung nu8000.

So should I order a new HDMI 2.1 cable or just use this 4K one?

The only issue is that the connection with this 4K one never works first attempt (PS4 Pro or PS5), and I'll likely need to go through a bit of a manual setup. I worry about quality loss.

But a $20 6.5' HDMI 2.1 cable might be worth the ease?

My order finally created a shipping label. So the Tracking details show in order details. But when I go to check the tracking details, it says tracking order cannot be found

I finally got a tracking number too. Not found in FedEx's system yet, but still such a sigh of relief lol. Hopefully means it'll get here at some point this weekend. It still currently says the 18th but I assume that's just a placeholder like it seems to have been for pretty much everyone else.

I tried ordering on Walmart right at noon. Got it in my cart, couldn't complete my order. The site literally was bricked up in seconds.

Total disaster ... trying again later.

About to head out to pick up my best buy pre-order. Should be around lunch time by the time I get back home and get things set up. After that I will stream astro bots and Spider-Man.

I got mine a few hours ago. Impressions so far. The UI is simple but nice and clean and also in HDR at all times. The astros playroom game is more like a tech demo but my kids love it and shows off nice features if the controller. The console still only supports Dolby digital no atmos. I haven’t tried my headphones yet for 3D audio. The system is very snappy. I don’t understand why Sony wouldn’t include VRR. Game transfers from my ps4 pro was super fast. It downloaded mlb the show in like 5-10 minutes. This console is enormous and I mean extremely big. It takes up a huge part of my tv stand.
