This I completely agree with, I bought a new tv for this generation and wow have I been gaming wrong for so long. Fidelity mode with hdr and ray tracing is an absolute thing of beauty. But performance mode is too damn nice. Really digging this generation so far

Mine is out for delivery via UPS Ground. Odds are it won't actually get here until late afternoon/evening, and if it does I'll barely have time to unbox it before work tonight.

Should be able to dive into it more tomorrow, assuming everything is on schedule.

Mine is taking a super weird route.

I live in Idaho, pretty close to Utah all things considered, and this is how it has moved.

Area one in Utah
Area two in Utah
OAKLAND CALIFORNIA

Lol. I'm not sure to expect mine today, but it left Oakland 3 hours ago so we will see.

Mine just hit my area 3 minutes ago, so unless something weird happens my PS5 should be here today.

Kind of nervous about the whole signature thing, I've seen lots of people not have to do signatures, and unsure when they will exactly deliver it.

Luckily I'm giving the kiddos a test today so I can have another teacher come in and watch them as I drive the 2 minutes to my house to put it inside [emoji23]

My PS5 is taking a weird route as well. Mine originated in Alabama, right next the Georgia. It went to Tennessee, then South Carolina, and now finally in Georgia. My original window was 13th-18th. Then it updated to 13th. Now its saying 14th. I guess they were just covering themselves for the inevitable.

I seen someone asking why it takes so many button presses to close a game... here is a quicker way (2 steps)

Long press PS button while in the game to back out to home screen (It will default land on your game)
Start button - Close app

Without having the media remote, is there a way to see all of the active streams? I always liked that on PS4.

Mine came in just before my lunch break. I rushed home hoping to get it going and start downloading Miles Morales... Unfourtanely, my TV (LG C9) wouldn't detect the PS5 and it wouldn't come on. I didn't have time to try out a new HDMI cable but hopefully, that's the problem.
