I’m assuming we’ll still see these games on PlayStation, but either way, that is a big get for MS.

I assume that might be accurate but on PS5 it will be 70 and on series s and x it will be on gamepass day 1

Some of the bigger IP's, possibly, but I wouldn't think that is in their plans.

They need must have, AAA titles & now they have a studios worth.

Not only this, but I wouldn't be surprised to see live services like Fallout 1st and Elder Scrolls Online's subscriptions rolled into Game Pass, requiring it across platforms. Makes the entire thing even more of a vehicle to drive Game Pass subscriptions.

Have to wonder now how big of a seller the S model will be to those Sony fans who were not going to buy the X but at 300 dollars to get that stable of gamepass games along with their ps5 must be real tempting

I don't know enough about Game Pass subs, but I'd imagine they're making a good amount from it as subs keep going up. Will that be enough to make most of this just first party? Or sell choice games, or all on PS5 still? It'll be interesting to see how it goes. I do think having Xbox and PC exclusives is possible. Would that get some PS5 people to buy on PC or buy an Xbox instead? Is it possible they don't kill that many sales by cutting out PS5?

Phil Spencer said that they would honor the exclusive deal PS5 had with Deathloop but going forward the games will be on game pass day 1 and pc as well as other consoles on a case by case basis

That would be crazy...imagine having to wait a year or two for Fallout or something. I'm just seeing the 7.5 Billion dollar price and wondering if they can cut out Sony much, but maybe they can...or maybe they eat a bit of that cost but it's an investment towards Xbox and they are still profitable going forward

As someone who loves Game Pass I'm just loving this. I'll have to keep looking for deals to extend mine past August, but even if I had to pay 15 a month it's way worth it. I can't see them charging much more than that either for a monthly sub, so this is awesome

Would be surprised if Sony gets these games. Nintendo for sure and pc but MS I feel will leave out Sony to drive S and X sales and if he wants to release them on PS5 it will be a year or so

PC is getting the game day 1 with MS on game pass.

Sony is just speculation but paying 70 on ps5 when the game is on gamepass for X and S and PC is a tough pill to swallow for Sony fans
